• Casualties as continued zion*st attacks and illegal camouflaged surveillance on South Lebanon

zion*st colony drone attack on the eastern neighbourhood of Khiam town, South Lebanon, left one martyr and four injuries.

zionist artillery bombed the outskirts of the border towns of Aita Al-Shaab, Yaroun, and Maroun Al-Ras. Media reports indicated that loud explosions were heard in the area.

zionist surveillance camera was found in the outskirts of Aitaroun border town, South Lebanon, according to Al-Manar correspondent. The Lebanese Army announced that a specialized military unit discovered the zionist espionage device disguised and equipped with a camera, along with a zionist drone.

Meanwhile, zionist drones continued flying at low and high altitudes over various towns in South Lebanon, Bekaa, and Beirut’s Dahieh.

  • Trump administration links $1.9 billion in state disaster funds to zion*st colony boycott stance

Trump administration links $1.9 billion in state disaster funds to zion*st colony boycott stance

U.S. states and cities that boycott the zion*st colony companies will be denied federal aid for natural disaster preparedness, the Trump administration has announced, tying routine federal funding to its political stance.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency stated in grant notices posted on Friday that states must follow its “terms and conditions.” Those conditions require they certify they will not sever “commercial relations specifically with Israeli companies” to qualify for funding.

FEMA separately said in July that U.S. states will be required to spend part of their federal terrorism prevention funds on helping the government arrest migrants, an administration priority.
The zionist colony requirement takes aim at BDS, the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement designed to put economic pressure on the zionist colony to end its occupation of Palestinian territories. The campaign’s supporters grew more vocal in 2023, after Hamas attacked southern occupied Palestine and zionist occupation forces invaded Gaza in response.

“DHS will enforce all antidiscrimination laws and policies, including as it relates to the BDS movement, which is expressly grounded in antisemitism,” a spokesperson for Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said in a statement.
The requirement is largely symbolic. At least 34 states already have anti-BDS laws or policies, according to a University of Pennsylvania law journal, opens new tab. The BDS Movement did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The American Jewish Committee supports the Trump administration’s policy, said Holly Huffnagle, the group’s director of antisemitism policy. The AJC is an advocacy group that supports the zionist colony.
Under one of the grant notices posted on Friday, FEMA will require major cities to agree to the zionist policy to receive a cut of $553.5 million set aside to prevent terrorism in dense areas.
New York is due to receive $92.2 million from the program, the most of all the recipients. Allocations are based on the agency’s analysis of “relative risk of terrorism,” according to the notice.

  • Hezbollah Calls on Lebanese Government to Act Wisely

Member of Hezbollah Poliburo Mahmoud Qmati called on the Lebanese Government to take act wisely ahead of a cabinet meeting on “monopolizing arms”.

In an interview with Al-Manar on Sunday, Qmati affirmed that the resistance weapons are exclusively to confront foreign threats.

“The Secretary General (Sheikh Naim Qassem) said it clear: This weapon is exclusively against the zionist enemy. As for the Lebanese local issues, his eminence reassured that this weapon will never be used.”

The Hezbollah official stressed that the right of resistance and defending the homeland is guaranteed by the international laws.

“No one can eradicate us. The resistance is persistent, in accordance with the international law and the national duty.”

“We will see what will happen during the cabinet session. There would be a wise decision, or a fool one. We are monitoring. Hereby, we advise the Government to act wisely in a way that preserve the national interest.”

Qmati meanwhile, highlighted importance of the national unity in face of discord.

The Lebanese Government is to convene on Tuesday, in a session that will discuss arms monopoly.

Lebanon has been subjected to pressure by the US, the major sponsor of the Zionist entity, in a bid to take decisions aimed against Hezbollah, especially regarding disarming the Lebanese resistance group.

In his latest speech last Wednesday (July 30), Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that Washington wants the disarmament of the Resistance to serve ‘Israel’, rather than to maintain Lebanon’s internal security.

“Every call to surrender arms is a call to relinquish Lebanon’s strength. Arms are not more important than reconstruction and halting the aggression,” Sheikh Qassem said.

The Israeli enemy continues to bomb southern Lebanon almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following a brutal 66-day zionist war between September and November 2024.

The Zionist occupation has also struck Beirut four times since the ceasefire agreement.

At least 230 Lebanese people have been martyred in the zionist attacks since the ceasefire took effect on November 27, 2024.

  • zion*st Blocking More Than 22,000 Aid Trucks Amid Gaza Famine: Media office

Gaza authorities say that thousands of humanitarian aid trucks are currently parked at the besieged Palestinian territory’s crossing gates, as zion*st colony escalates its campaign of genocide and starvation against the Palestinians.

“We confirm that there are more than 22,000 humanitarian aid trucks currently parked at the Gaza Strip crossing gates, most of which belong to the UN and international organizations and various entities,” the Gaza Media Office said in a statement issued on Sunday.

“The zionist occupation is deliberately preventing their entry as part of a systematic policy of engineering starvation, siege, and chaos,” it said.

Describing the situation as a “full-fledged war crime,” the media office said blocking the humanitarian aid violates international law and contributes to the ongoing crime of genocide against the people of Gaza.

The statement also held the United States and its western and regional allies accountable for throwing their unconditional support behind the Israeli genocide in Gaza.

“We hold the zionist occupation, along with the states involved through silence or complicity, fully responsible for the worsening humanitarian catastrophe,” the statement added.

Elsewhere in the statement, the office called for the immediate and unconditional entry of all detained trucks, the full reopening of border crossings, and the safe delivery of aid to Gaza’s civilians “before it is too late.”

At least 325 people in Gaza were killed last week by Israeli forces while trying to reach food near GHF sites run by the United States.

Since May, Israeli forces have killed more than 1,330 Palestinian aid seekers, and over 8,810 others have been wounded in Israeli attacks, mainly at GHF centers.

The United Nations agencies say more than 6,000 Palestinian children are being treated for malnutrition resulting from an all-out blockade of Gaza.

At least 175 people, including 93 children, have starved to death in Gaza since the Israeli regime launched the war in October 2023.

Israel has rejected calls from the UN, aid agencies, and world leaders to allow more aid trucks into the besieged region to alleviate the crisis.

More Palestinians die every single day due to forced starvation and malnutrition.

Parents watch their children waste away as deliberate aid restrictions from Israel mean hunger is becoming a killer across the besieged territory.

The whole Palestinian population was completely relying on UN agencies and other partners to distribute food. Israel has dismantled the UN-backed aid delivery system and replaced it with a controversial US-backed mechanism, which humanitarian aid workers and Gaza authorities say has only exacerbated the crisis.

The US-Israeli campaign of genocide, which began in October 2023, has so far killed about 60,900 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

  • Nine killed in clashes with Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists as Druze fighters take control of positions

Fierce clashes erupted today between local factions and fighters traveling in vehicles belonging to general security forces [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists] on Tel Hadid frontline in the western countryside of Al-Suwaidaa.

The clashes left a member of the local factions dead, where local factions took control of the position, amid confirmed reports about fatalities among general security forces [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists], who were taken to hospitals in Daraa.

It is worth noting that Tel Hadid is a strategic high location overlooking large areas, including Al-Thaalah town and its surroundings, as well as exposing vital roads linking Al-Suwaidaa city and its western surroundings.

On the other hand, clashes renewed on the frontline of Al-Thaalah town following bombardment with artillery shells and heavy weapons by troops stationed in areas dominated by government forces, where SOHR activists have reported hearing explosions and gunfire in different areas in Al-Suwaidaa city.

SOHR warns against the continuity of such violations that pose a threat to the safety and lives of civilians and contribute to increasing tension in the province.

SOHR also calls upon relevant authorities for immediate intervention to stop bombardment and hold perpetrators accountable.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that mortar shells hit Ara Town in Al-Suwaidaa countryside this morning, fired by Bedouin tribesmen from the “Christian Cemetery” area.

According to SOHR sources, Druze gunmen responded by targeting the source of fire in the cemetery. Shelling between the two sides continues intermittently, with no reports of casualties so far.

The shelling caused panic among residents, especially with repeated targeting of residential areas in recent weeks, amid no official clarification from the authorities regarding the source of the attacks.

SOHR warns of the danger of ongoing attacks threatening civilian lives and urges the concerned authorities to immediately halt the source of fire and hold those responsible to account.

  • Despite zion*st barbarism, South Lebanon students excel official exams results

Since the start of the z*onist genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023, South Lebanon has been witnessing daily zion*st attacks that include assassinations, demolitions, arson, and many other facets of barbarism.

The peak was in the autumn of 2024 when the Zionist enemy waged an all-out war on Lebanon, pouring its main grudge on the South who has always shown steadfastness.

One of the basic manifestations of this steadfastness is the academic performance of the education family in the region. Schools, parents, teachers, and students have been all cooperating to sustain the success of the students despite all the hard conditions.

It would be acceptable if students living in such conditions to perform moderately; however, South Lebanon students have insisted on confronting the enemy in their own war.

Lebanon’s ministry of education announced on Friday the results of the official exams for the terminal classes (Grade Twelve), including their four branches: General Sciences, Life Sciences, Socio-economics, and Humanities.

The results showed that the list of the highest scores all over Lebanon included mostly the students of the two provinces of the South and Nabatiyeh.

Ali Hayek, who descends from Adsheet town in South Lebanon, ranked first in the results of the official exams-General Sciences branch.

Leen Karaki, who descends from Jbaa town in Nabatiyeh, ranked first in the results of the official exams-Socio-economics branch.

House Speaker Nabih Berri issued on Saturday a statement to congratulate South Lebanon students on their success and excellence, affirming that they are resisting the enemy through education.

  • Iran, Japan must lead global campaign to abolish WMDs: FM Araghchi Iran’s Foreign

On the impending anniversaries of the atomic bombings of the Japanese cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki that marked the US as the first (settler) nation to implement weapons of mass destruction,

Minister Abbas Araghchi has called on Japan to join the Islamic Republic in leading a global movement to abolish weapons of mass destruction (WMDs).

Iran and Japan, as two nations that have endured the horrors of weapons of mass destruction, “must lead a global movement for the total abolition of all WMDs: nuclear, chemical, and biological,” Araghchi wrote in an opinion piece published by the Japanese daily Asahi Shimbun.

The Iranian diplomat said Iran shares Japan’s pain and suffering from the use of WMDs, having been targeted with chemical weapons during its war with Iraq in the 1980s.

On June 28, 1987, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein’s regime dropped mustard gas bombs on the northwestern Iranian city of Sardasht, killing at least 119 Iranian civilians and injuring another 8,000, leaving some of them permanently disabled.

Araghchi said, “Iran has suffered from the effects of WMDs in its own modern history.”

He also recalled the US atomic bombings of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945, describing them as a “testament to the devastating power of nuclear weapons.”

“Many survivors carry physical and psychological wounds that time has not healed,” he said. “They have lived their lives in the shadow of those nuclear flashes, turning their trauma into tireless advocacy for peace and disarmament.”

The Iranian diplomat said that “few nations understand, as deeply as ours, the irreversible impact of WMDs.”

“We must raise our collective voice to say: never again,” he stated.

Araghchi has repeatedly reaffirmed Tehran’s stance against weapons of mass destruction. During an event held on the 38th anniversary of the chemical attack on Sardasht, the foreign minister said that Iran, as one of the greatest victims of chemical weapons in modern history, has never ceased its pursuit of justice for the victims of such attacks.

He expressed hope that through collective determination, the world would one day rid itself of weapons of mass destruction and replace war with peace.

  • Syria sets up new committee to probe Suwayda killings after whitewashing Alawite massacres

Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists have set up a new committee to probe the violence themselves carried out against Druze civilians in Suwayda

Syria’s Ministry of Justice [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists] announced on 1 August the formation of a special investigative committee to examine the recent deadly violence in the Suwayda Governorate, following a week of armed clashes between local Druze factions and government-aligned [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists] Bedouin tribes.

The move was reported by state-run SANA and comes in the wake of a fragile ceasefire that has held since 19 July.

The committee was established under the Judicial Authority Law and presidential directives to “uncover the truth, ensure accountability, and uphold national interests,” according to the Justice Ministry.

The panel includes judges Hatem al-Nasan, Hassan Mohammad al-Hamwi, Maysoon Hamoud al-Taweel, Jamal al-Ashqar, Brigadier General Mohieddine Harmoush, and attorneys Tareq al-Kurdi and Ammar Ezzeddine.

Their mandate includes investigating the causes of the Suwayda violence, assessing human rights violations and attacks on civilians, and referring perpetrators to judicial authorities.

The committee is required to submit regular updates and deliver its final report within three months. It also has the authority to consult with experts and state institutions as needed.

This is the fourth ceasefire brokered by the Syrian government [ Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists] in Suwayda since the outbreak of violence, with the latest agreement still holding as of late July.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), by 23 July, 1,339 people had been killed in the fighting, including 194 unarmed Druze – among them 28 women, eight children, and one elderly man – who were executed by gunmen linked to the Ministries of Defense and Interior.

At the same time, three members of Bedouin tribes, including a woman and a child, were executed by Druze militants.

Suwayda remains under siege by Syrian government forces [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists], with residents suffering from severe shortages of food, water, fuel, and medical supplies for the injured.

The conflict in Suwayda began on 13 July, when local Bedouins kidnapped a Druze fruit seller on the road between Suwayda and Damascus. The situation quickly escalated with violent clashes breaking out between government-aligned tribal militias and armed Druze factions.

On 15 July, Jolani ordered the Syrian army to invade Suwayda, under the pretext of halting the fighting, restoring security, and protecting the Druze religious minority.

Rather than separate the Druze and Bedouin tribal forces, Syrian army and internal security forces descended on Suwayda to carry out a campaign of sectarian massacres of civilians and attacks on Druze cultural symbols.

Thousands of reports, pictures, and videos have circulated online showing Druze civilians being executed, beheaded, kidnapped, and abused by the government and allied Bedouin fighters.

After Syrian government forces [Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists] and allied armed factions massacred at least 1,600 Alawite civilians in March, interim President Sharaa established a similar committee to investigate the events.

He asked the committee to submit a report to the government within 30 days, rather than ordering his own security forces to investigate the massacres and hold those responsible, including many who filmed themselves killing Alawite civilians.

Video evidence shows that many of the massacres were carried out by  Jolani’s  Hay’at  Tahrir  al-Sham  terrorists – in particular factions incorporated into the Ministry of Defense, such as the Suleiman Shah Brigade of the Syrian National Army, led by Mohammad Abu Jassem “Abu Amsha.”

Sharaa, the former ISIS commander who went by the nom de guerre Abu Mohammad al-Julani, later gave the committee an additional three months to complete the report, which was issued on 22 July.

Despite many investigations and media reports finding Syrian security forces responsible for the massacres, including top commanders, the committee’s report absolved Syrian authorities, including the president, of any responsibility.

The reports instead insisted that the killings were carried out by armed factions that had not yet come under state control.

It also accused some “gangs” of impersonating security forces.

In response to the report, the Supreme Alawite Council, led by Sheikh Gazal, released a statement rejecting the results and calling for an independent investigation led by the UN.

“What we witnessed is neither a legal report nor a revelation of the facts, but rather a brazen farce directed by those involved themselves,” Sheikh Gazal wrote.

“This fake committee does not represent justice, nor does it seek to uncover it. What happened on the Syrian coast is organized state terrorism whose goal is to intimidate and terrorize people opposed to ISIS’s rule of Syria using internal tools,” Gazal added, noting that “The criminals who committed the coastal massacres are the same ones who committed the Suwayda massacres.”
