Hezbollah MP from Iran’s Mashhad: Concessions only Encourage zion¿st Enemy to Continue Aggression
Member of Hezbollah’s Loyalty to Resistance Parliamentary bloc MP Hasan Fadlallah lashed out the zion¿st occupation over its continuous attacks in the region, stressing that offering concessions to this enemy only encourages it to continue the aggression.
Addressing the Meeting of the Standing Committee on Political Affairs of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) in the holy city of Mashhad on Thursday, MP Fadlallah called for cooperation among Arab and Islamic countries, rejecting disagreements, putting aside past grievances, and strengthening cooperation among them for the benefit of their peoples.
As he praised any rapprochement between these countries, MP Fadlallah voiced full support to the Islamic Republic of Iran in face of the Israeli aggression it was subjected to last June.
“What the Zionist entity’s government has committed reflects the extent of Israeli aggression in targeting the sovereignty, independence, and freedom of states, and attempting to undermine international peace and security. From this parliamentary forum, we reiterate our strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic, and we salute its steadfastness and its exercise of its legitimate right to self-defense in accordance with the Charter of Human Rights and international conventions.”“Iran has exercised this natural right to preserve its sovereignty, and we commend here the awareness of its people and their unity behind their leadership in defense of their homeland and their dignity,” the Lebanese lawmaker said, as he was representing, along with MP Qassem Hashem, Lebanese Speaker Nabih Berri at the meeting.
MP Fadlallah said Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s government continues its aggressive approach against Lebanon, through daily attacks, acts of killing civilians, attacks on citizens’ property, as well as its continued occupation of part of the Lebanese territory and the detention of many Lebanese citizens as prisoners in its jails.
He pointed to recent Israeli threats to launch a new war, affirming that such threats are aimed at intimidating the Lebanese people and forcing them to surrender.
“All these pressures will not force our sacrificing people, who are clinging to their legitimate rights, to submit, or to relinquish their sovereignty and their land.”
The Hezbollah lawmaker stated in this context, that “the demand is to stop the aggression, liberate its land, recover the prisoners, rebuild the areas damaged by the zion¿st aggression, and for its people to live in freedom and dignity.”
He stressed that “making concessions to the occupying entity only encourages it to continue its aggression,” noting that “what is required today is to stand firm, for the future will only be in the interest of our people.”

Occupation Warplanes Strike Several Areas in South Lebanon
the damage caused by the latest zionist airstrike on Jbaa, south Lebanon.
https://t.me/presstv/166914The latest aggression came early on Thursday, as Al-Manar correspondent reported that the zion¿st occupation warplanes struck residential homes in the southern towns of Mahrounah, Jbaa, Baraachit, and Al-Majadel, leaving several houses in ruins.
The attacks came just one day after a negotiating session between Lebanese and zion¿st enemy representatives within the Mechanism Committee, attended by former ambassador Simon Karam as Lebanon’s civilian delegate.
Earlier, Israeli drones dropped stun grenades near fishermen off the coast of Naqoura and in the town of Adaisseh, raising tensions across the southern coastal and inland areas.Throughout the day, hostile Israeli drones continued to hover at low altitude over Beirut and its suburbs since early morning, with intensified flights reported above the Grand Serail during the cabinet session.
Al-Manar correspondent also confirmed sustained drone activity over the eastern mountain range and surrounding villages, reflecting a continuing escalation in aerial violations of Lebanon’s sovereignty.
Mahrounah Municipality Condemns the Assault
The municipality of Mahrounah strongly condemned the attack on one of the town’s homes in a densely populated residential neighborhood, describing it as “a clear and deliberate assault on the safety of civilians, their families, and their property.”
In an official statement, the municipality said, “Targeting safe homes within residential areas constitutes a flagrant violation of humanitarian law and international norms and an attempt to sow fear and panic among our citizens.”
“This brutal attack has saddened and angered the people of Maharounah, but it has not—and will not—break their resolve or undermine their resilience. Such cowardly assaults only strengthen our attachment to our land, our determination to remain, and our commitment to defending our town by all available and legitimate means,” the municipality added.

Trump calls Somali immigrants, lawmaker Ilhan Omar ‘garbage’ amid intensified deportations
US President Donald Trump has launched a xenophobic tirade against Somali immigrants, calling them “garbage” that should be sent back home, as federal authorities prepare expanded deportation operations targeting the Somali community in Minnesota.
Trump made the provocative remarks during a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, claiming that Somali immigrants are “contributing nothing” to the United States and that they should be sent back to their home country in Africa which he described as “stinking” and “no good for a reason.”
“They contribute nothing. I don’t want them in our country, I’ll be honest with you. We’re going to go the wrong way if we keep taking in garbage into our country,” he said, referring to Somali immigrants.
The US president also attacked Ilhan Omar, a Somali-born congresswoman representing Minnesota’s 5th congressional district since 2019, calling her “garbage” and arguing that accepting more Somali immigrants would send the US “the wrong way.”
Trump also claimed that Somalis “complain” despite coming from “hell” and insisted they should “go back” and fix their country.
“These are people who do nothing but complain. They complain, and from where they came from, they got nothing … When they come from hell and they complain and do nothing but bitch, we don’t want them in our country. Let them go back to where they came from and fix it,” he added.
The New York Times reported on Tuesday that the Trump administration is escalating immigration enforcement in the Minneapolis–St Paul area—home to the nation’s largest Somali community—by deploying “strike teams” of roughly 100 ICE and federal agents focused on Somalis with final deportation orders.
Other outlets, including the Associated Press, confirmed the plan. The push follows right-wing attention on several fraud cases involving some Somali residents accused of falsely obtaining reimbursements for services such as meals, medical care, housing, and autism support.
The White House has previously threatened to end temporary protected status for Somali nationals, calling Minnesota a “hub” of fraudulent financial activity.
On Monday, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said his department would investigate claims that Minnesota taxpayer funds were diverted to the militant group al-Shabaab, which is active in Somalia, citing a right-wing media report.
In response to what they called “credible reports” of intensified enforcement, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and city officials affirmed their support for the Somali community, stressing that local police do not participate in immigration operations and receive no advance notice of them.
Frey warned that targeting Somalis risks violating due process and could lead to the detention of US citizens “for no other reason than they look Somali.”
“To our Somali community, we love you and we stand with you. That commitment is rock solid,” her stressed.
The Midwestern state is home to about 80,000 Somalis, most of whom are citizens or legal residents.Trump moves to void Biden-era documents over autopen use
Additionally, Trump stressed on Tuesday that he is nullifying all documents, including pardons, that he said former president Joe Biden signed with an autopen, an unprecedented attempt to undo a predecessor’s actions on a legally shaky basis.
The autopen, used for decades by presidents of both parties for routine or high-volume signatures, is widely accepted as legally valid, and experts note that neither the Constitution nor federal law requires a president to hand-sign documents or pardons.
There is also no legal mechanism allowing one president to overturn another’s pardons. This is while Trump and his supporters have promoted unfounded claims that Biden’s use of the device invalidates his decisions, though it remains unknown whether Biden used an autopen for pardons.
“Anyone receiving ‘Pardons,’ ‘Commutations,’ or any other Legal Document so signed, please be advised that said Document has been fully and completely terminated, and is of no Legal effect,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social.
This move, however, would not affect Hunter Biden’s pardon, which is known to have been hand-signed.
Biden issued pardons for family members to shield them from politically driven investigations and granted commutations, including for nonviolent drug offenders. Other notable pardons covered figures such as Mark Milley, January 6 committee members, and former Republican representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
Trump, whose combative style often targets his rivals, has repeatedly attacked Biden for using an autopen to sign official documents during his presidency.
The US president’s effort defies long-standing precedent dating back to Thomas Jefferson-era signature devices and Justice Department guidance under George W. Bush affirming autopen signatures as legally equivalent.
Legal scholars have already emphasized that pardons do not even need to be written.PressTV report

When Syria is ruled by designated terrorists
The UN General Assembly passes a resolution demanding zion¿st colony to withdraw from Syria’s Golan Heights, with 123 votes in favor, 7 against and 41 abstentions.

Contrary to Jolani of the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists who bows to the zionist-american entity, Al Assad and the senior, Hafes, were genuinely interested in the liberation of the Golan Hights.
Most certainly, this UN vote is non-binding, and no Chapter V of the UN charter will be anected.

UN General Assembly Passes Resolution Demanding zion¿st colony Withdraw from Palestinian Territories
The United Nations General Assembly has passed a draft resolution demanding zion¿st colony withdraw from Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, including East al-Quds, and recognize the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and establishment of an independent state.
The resolution was supported by 151 countries, while 11 abstained and 11 voted against.
The resolution, presented by Palestine, Jordan, Djibouti, Senegal, Qatar, and Mauritania, was voted on during the 80th session of the General Assembly under agenda item 35.
It emphasized that the United Nations holds a permanent responsibility regarding the issue of Palestine until it is fully addressed in accordance with international law and relevant resolutions.
The resolution also highlighted that resolving the question of Palestine — central to the Arab-Israeli conflict — through a just, lasting, and comprehensive settlement is crucial for ensuring enduring peace and stability across the West Asia region.
The principle of equal rights for all peoples and their right to self-determination was highlighted as a fundamental purpose and principle enshrined in the United Nations Charter.
The resolution reaffirmed the principle that acquisition of territory through force is unacceptable, highlighting the importance of upholding the unity and territorial integrity of all occupied Palestinian territories, including East al-Quds.
It also said Israel, as the occupying authority, holds the responsibility to refrain from obstructing the Palestinian people’s pursuit of their right to self-determination.
This includes their right to establish an independent and sovereign state across the entirety of the occupied Palestinian territory, coexisting peacefully and securely alongside Israel within recognized and secure borders.
The resolution underscored the responsibility of all states to act in line with the UN Charter and international law, ensuring the removal of any barriers stemming from Israel’s unlawful presence in the occupied Palestinian territory that hinder the Palestinian people from realizing their right to self-determination.
It reaffirmed that Israeli settlement activities, along with all other unilateral actions intended to change the demographic makeup, character, and status of al-Quds and the occupied Palestinian territories, including the construction of the wall and its related measures, are illegal, calling for their immediate halt.
The resolution strongly denounced any use of force against Palestinian civilians, especially children, as a breach of international law, while emphasizing the need to ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of all civilians across West Asia. It also condemned acts of violence and terrorism targeting civilians from all parties involved.
It underscored the importance of fully upholding international law, prioritizing the protection of civilian lives. It also urged measures to de-escalate the tense situation by avoiding provocative actions and statements, while fostering a stable and secure environment.
The resolution highlighted the commendable efforts of the Palestinian Authority, supported internationally, in building, enhancing, and sustaining its institutions and infrastructure despite the challenges presented by the ongoing Israeli occupation.
It also placed a premium on the continued development of institutions for an independent Palestinian state, while stressing the need to promote Palestinian reconciliation.Al Masirah report

zion¿st Bulldozer Documented Burying Palestinian Body in Gaza, Raising Legal and Humanitarian Alarms
A CNN investigation has uncovered and documented an incident in which a zion¿st military bulldozer was used to bury the body of a Palestinian man in the Gaza Strip, an act that international law experts state violates fundamental humanitarian protocols for handling the dead during conflict.
The investigation, utilizing high-definition video footage, satellite imagery analysis, and interviews with officials and legal experts, centers on events near the Zikim crossing in northern Gaza. The key video evidence shows a body wrapped in white cloth being dragged across the ground by a bulldozer, which then buries it under sand. Minutes later, a team from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) arrives, exhumes the body, and places it in a bag.
Conflicting Accounts and an Organized Operation
While Israeli sources told CNN the activity was part of an intelligence operation to locate and recover the remains of Israeli soldiers killed during the war, they provided no explanation for the presence of the Palestinian civilian’s body or the rationale for its preliminary burial. The ICRC stated it had no prior knowledge the body had been buried before its arrival and that its role was strictly limited to receiving remains reportedly “found” at the site, with no involvement in the excavation method.
CNN’s geolocation and analysis of satellite imagery confirmed the site’s location near the Zikim crossing and showed Israeli engineering units operating there for days, indicating an organized military operation rather than a spontaneous event. The area had previously been crowded with civilians awaiting aid, raising concerns that other bodies may be present.
Experts Cite Clear Violations of International Law
Military and legal analysts consulted by CNN uniformly criticized the actions depicted. They noted that the procedure—burying a body with a bulldozer only to exhume it moments later—is entirely inconsistent with standard forensic protocols for recovering remains, which require meticulous documentation, careful handling, and coordination with humanitarian organizations.
Two experts in international humanitarian law stated that using a bulldozer to bury a body without documenting its identity, the cause of death, or the location constitutes a clear breach of the Geneva Conventions. These rules mandate detailed recording of such information and notification to families. One observer described the scene as showing a “complete disregard for humanitarian standards,” while rights experts warned such practices could amount to grave violations of international law, particularly if done without genuine operational necessity.
Pain Compounded for Families of the Missing
The investigation included testimony from Palestinian officials who suggested the Israeli forces may have been attempting to “create the impression” of soldier remains at the site or to obscure evidence of prior killings. Furthermore, it highlighted the anguish of families of missing Palestinians in Gaza, who fear the remains of their loved ones are being moved or anonymously buried. For them, the footage has intensified their pain and deepened unanswered questions about the fate and final resting places of the deceased.
The findings present serious questions about the military’s procedures for handling human remains and its adherence to international legal obligations during the conflict in Gaza.Al Manar report
