Nine children among dozens killed in the Zionist strike on UN building in Gaza
At least 22 civilians, including nine children, were killed when an UNRWA clinic sheltering displaced people was struck by a Zionist airstrike in the Jabalia camp north of the besieged Palestinian territory.
Gaza Civil Defense spokesman Mahmud Bassal said dozens of people were wounded in the strike, which “targeted the UNRWA building housing a medical clinic.”
The Palestinian foreign ministry condemned the “massacre at the UNRWA clinic in Jabalia,” calling for “serious international pressure” to halt Israel’s widening offensive.
The Islamic Jihad resistance group has called the bombing a “blatant war crime.”
Israel has, on several occasions, conducted strikes on UNRWA buildings housing displaced people in Gaza, where fighting has raged for most of the past 18 months.
A strike on the United Nations-run al-Jawni school in central Gaza on September 11 drew international outcry after the UN agency for Palestinian refugees said six of its staff were among the 18 people reported killed.
Separately, an airstrike in the southern city of Khan Yunis also claimed the lives of at least 13 Palestinians, including a child, and left several others injured. The situation in the southern city of Rafah has also deteriorated, with intensified airstrikes and artillery shelling killing at least five people.
Meanwhile, the Israeli minister of military affairs, Israel Katz, announced plans to expand the military’s ground offensive in Gaza, aiming to seize large areas to be added to the so-called buffer zones in the Strip.Zionist resumed the war on the Palestinian territory on March 18 in violation of the Gaza ceasefire.
The renewed aggression has killed over one thousand Palestinians. The overall toll from the genocide in Gaza has topped 50,420.

Renewed expansionist Zionist aggression & on “the most sacred weapons that reclaimed Lebanon”
“IOF vehicles were seen entering the Balat site overlooking the towns of Marwahin and Ramba inside the Lebanese territories occupied by the Zionist colony , among the five points. Therefore, the occupation is concentrated in the Balat site, which cuts off the main road linking the regions of Tyre and Bint Jbeil near the border town of Marwahin. Meanwhile, IOF bulldozers were observed digging and raising earthen barriers and poles on which surveillance cameras and spy devices were installed. A concrete wall was also placed around the site to fortify it.”

Grand Jaafarite Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Qabala issued a warning about the consequences of attempts to disarm the resistance movement in Lebanon. Qabalan stated that the “mistake” regarding the resistance’s weapons is “bigger than Lebanon and the region,” emphasizing that the country can no longer afford to lose anything.
In his Eid al-Fitr sermon delivered this morning from the Imam Hussein Mosque in Burj al-Barajneh, Mufti Qabalan stated that “the weapons that reclaimed Lebanon are the most sacred weapons of all, and eliminating them will place us in the face of the most dangerous event affecting Lebanon, its political formula, and its very existence.” He added, “We are the sect that liberated Lebanon and paid the most precious thing in the history of this country… and now find ourselves on the rubble. Beware of playing with fire. The mistake regarding the resistance’s weapons is bigger than Lebanon and the region, because we—and this is a historical moment—no longer have anything to lose.”
Sheikh Qabalan continued, “There are those who insist on leaving us in the rubble, all because we once liberated Lebanon, defeated ‘Israel’, and remain the guarantor of this oppressed country. But the dangerous thing is that there are those who want to avenge Israel’s defeat on the outskirts of Khiam. The moment is bitter, the reality of the country is catastrophic, and the problem lies in the intentions. The fuse of discord lies with those who insist on besieging us, punishing us, and cutting off our airspace. If they could bury us alive, they would.”
Qabalan emphasized, “To those who understand the pain and pride of the oppressed, I say: We will not be Zionists, Lebanon will not normalize relations, and we will not allow anyone to beatify Lebanon, not America or anyone else.”
On the other hand, Mufti Qabalan addressed the “resistance community and environment,” saying, “We are at a moment of history and destiny. The parliamentary elections are just around the corner. The international community has opened the electoral season, and the dark rooms are tireless in this regard. Therefore, the parliamentary elections are a political, cultural, and representative option.”
He added, “If we want to survive and influence, prevent our crushing and strangulation, defend ourselves and our patriotism, prevent our fragmentation and encirclement, and advance the cause of our resistance, our people, and our sovereignty, then it is our most imperative national, moral, and even religious duty to elect the Amal Movement and Hezbollah with full strength, cohesion, and discipline.” He considered that “any negligence, laxity, or hostility will serve the interests of Israel, its Zionism, and its terrorism, and the results will be disastrous for this country and its people.”

Hungary’s “disregard for international law”
Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor:
Zionist colony head serpent “Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to visit Hungary on April 2—despite an active ICC arrest warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza. This visit poses a direct challenge to international justice—and Hungary is enabling his evasion of accountability.
Hungary is a State Party to the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court. Under Articles 86 and 89 of the Statute, Hungary is legally bound to cooperate fully with the Court, including the arrest and surrender of any individual subject to an arrest warrant—such as Benjamin Netanyahu.
Hungary claims it is not required to comply with the ICC’s arrest warrant, arguing that it has not “promulgated” (i.e., formally incorporated) the relevant provisions of the Rome Statute into domestic law due to alleged constitutional concerns. However, this argument violates Hungary’s binding obligations under both the Rome Statute and general international law.
Hungary ratified the Rome Statute in 2001, and under Article 88, it is legally obligated to ensure that its national legal framework enables full cooperation—including arrest and surrender. Nearly 24 years later, it has yet to enact the necessary legislation. This is not a legal oversight—it is a calculated political decision to shield those accused of atrocity crimes from accountability.
Under Article 27 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969) (VCLT)—to which Hungary is a party—“a party may not invoke the provisions of its internal law as justification for its failure to perform a treaty.” A state cannot use domestic law as a shield against treaty obligations. This core principle of international law is one that Hungary cannot escape.
The principle of pacta sunt servanda, codified in Article 26 of the VCLT, obliges states to perform their treaty commitments in good faith. A state cannot ratify a treaty and then invoke domestic legal barriers to justify non-implementation. Such conduct is fundamentally incompatible with the principle of good faith and effectively nullifies the binding nature of the treaty commitment.
Article 31(1) of the VCLT requires treaties to be interpreted in light of their object and purpose. The object and purpose of the Rome Statute is unequivocal: to ensure accountability for the most serious crimes of international concern—not to provide loopholes to shield suspects or safe havens. Hungary’s position undermines this foundational purpose, nullifies the Statute’s legal effect, and entrenches impunity as the opposite of the accountability it was designed to guarantee.
Hungary’s refusal to execute the ICC arrest warrant constitutes a serious breach of its obligations under the Rome Statute. It may trigger formal action by the Assembly of States Parties—including condemnation, diplomatic repercussions, and measures to confront deliberate non-compliance.
By hosting Netanyahu, Hungary is not merely failing to comply with international law—it is providing haven to a fugitive wanted for war crimes and crimes against humanity. This is not diplomatic neutrality. It is active complicity that grants impunity to someone who ought to be brought to justice.
Allowing non-compliance in this case would set a dangerous precedent—undermining the enforceability of international criminal law, diminishing the ICC’s authority, and signaling to States that obligations under the Rome Statute can be ignored without consequence and that accountability is negotiable.
We urge ICC States Parties, the Assembly of States Parties, and the broader international community to take immediate and coordinated steps to enforce the arrest warrant against Netanyahu and to hold any state accountable for defying the Court’s authority. Failure to act not only weakens the Court—it abandons the victims of Gaza to impunity.”PressTV report
Amnesty Urges Hungary to Arrest Netanyahu Ahead of Planned Visit
Amnesty International urged Hungary to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his upcoming visit, calling it a “disregard for international law.” The organization accused him of war crimes in Gaza and warned that allowing his visit without action would encourage further violations.
This marks Netanyahu’s first visit to an ICC member state since the court issued an arrest warrant against him in November. He is set to meet Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán, who previously called the warrant “shameful.”
“Israel” rejects the ICC’s authority, but as a member state, Hungary is legally bound to comply, making Netanyahu’s visit a key test of international law enforcement.

Reports of a new massacre in the Tartous countryside, Syrian coast
The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has reported the discovery of 11 civilian bodies with gunshot wounds to the head, dumped in the Jobar River near the Baniyas refinery in the Tartous countryside.
According to SOHR, hundreds of residents from the Al-Qosour neighborhood in Baniyas remain unaccounted for, with their fate still unknown.
Meanwhile, local sources say militants from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and affiliated factions stormed the village of Harf B-Nimra in the Baniyas-Tartous region, opening fire on civilians and killing several people, including the village headman. A number of others were injured, including a child.

Satellite images reveal ‘growing network’ of IOF outposts in Lebanon, Syria
Zionist colony has signalled that they will not give up control of the regions they currently occupy in both countries
“IOF has built a growing network of outposts and fortifications in Syria and Lebanon, deepening concerns about a protracted occupation in parts of the two countries … There are signs that Israel appears prepared to remain indefinitely,” the NYT writes.
In southern Syria, IOF has established several military sites equipped with prefabricated housing, roads, and communication infrastructure, local sources confirmed to the outlet. An image from January shows Israeli troops working on the construction of a perimeter wall in the town of Jubata al-Khashab.
“They say it’s temporary, but based on what they’re building, it seems they’re preparing to stay for a while,” said Omar Tahan, a local official in the town of Kudna in south Syria’s Quneitra governorate.
Last month, Israeli Army Radio reported that Tel Aviv’s forces established nine bases extending from Mount Hermon and through Quneitra until the Deraa governate, which all “appeared to be permanent.”
Israeli occupation forces swept across southern Syria after the ousting of former president Bashar al-Assad in December, moving past the demilitarized zone and expanding their decades-long illegal occupation in the country.
Israel first occupied parts of the Syrian Golan Heights during the Six-Day War in 1967. After the October War in 1973, Syria and Israel struck a ceasefire agreement that established a demilitarized zone in the Golan Heights.
Netanyahu declared this agreement defunct after the fall of Assad’s government, but the new Syrian authorities remain committed to the deal – and have signaled an unwillingness for a military confrontation with Israel.
Nonetheless, Tel Aviv has demanded a complete demilitarization of southern Syria and continues to launch incursions deeper into the country. The Israeli air force has pounded military infrastructure belonging to the former government with hundreds of airstrikes since December 2024.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that the presence of Tel Aviv’s forces in Syria will be “indefinite.”
Meanwhile, the Israeli army remains positioned in five locations along the border inside southern Lebanon, where they established themselves following the ceasefire deal in November 2024. This is aside from the Lebanese land that Israel has already been illegally occupying for decades.
Israel was meant to pull out all its forces from south Lebanon after the ceasefire deal; however, it did not, accusing Hezbollah of still being present south of the Litani River and alleging that the Lebanese army had not fulfilled its terms by properly deploying in the area.
Satellite imagery reviewed by the NYT showed Israeli forces building military structures in south Lebanon.
At one site near Khiam, cars and trucks are parked inside a walled outpost, outside a path leading to it where trees have been cleared out. The pictures show a similar outpost between the towns of Houla and Markaba.
Al Manar correspondent Ali Shoeib reported on 15 March that Israeli troops “have dug a long trench on the western side of the road leading from the town of Houla toward the Israeli Abbad site, in preparation for placing metal wires inside the trench on Lebanese land belonging to the town.”
“By doing so, the enemy forces have effectively seized and occupied an area beyond the five demarcation points,” he added.
“As a result, the entire area extending from Abbad to the newly established site on the Houla–Markaba road is now occupied territory, in addition to the already surveyed lands of the town of Hunin, which include many citizens’ homes,” Shoeib went on to say, adding that this is happening under the watch of UNIFIL and Lebanese army troops deployed in the area.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on 14 March: “We maintain five points on the Lebanese side of the border to protect our territory. We will not relinquish control [of the five sites].”The Cradle Media report
