• Lebanese Martyred in zion¿st Drone Strike in South Lebanon

A Lebanese citizen was martyred early on Monday in a zion¿st drone strike in south Lebanon, in a new violation of the ceasefire that ended the zionist war on Lebanon in late 2024.

Al-Manar correspondent said a z¿onist drone strike targeted at 6:30 (Beirut time) a civilian car on Tyre-Sidon highway near the southern town of Al-Bisariya and Sarafand.

The drone fired a missile at the car, prompting the driver to get out of the car. The Israeli drone then fired two missiles at the driver, resulting in his martyrdom, our correspondent in south Lebanon said.

Local media identified the martyr as Samir Ali Faqih from the southern town of Srifa.

Meanwhile on Monday, National News Agency reported Israeli drones hovering at medium altitude over Iqlim Al-Tuffah in the district of Nabatieh in south Lebanon.

Earlier on Sunday, two Lebanese were martyred in Israeli attacks on south Lebanon.

The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following a brutal 66-day Israeli war between September and November 2024.

In addition to the Israeli violations, the Lebanese State has been subjected to unprecedented pressure by the United States, the first sponsor of the Zionist entity, to disarm Hezbollah.

  • Mass graves, burned bodies found in Sudan amidst ‘unimaginable atrocities’

Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have buried hundreds of civilians in mass graves and burned many others in a desperate attempt to conceal the unimaginable atrocities their fighters have committed in the city of al-Fasher, local medics say.
The Sudan Doctors Network said in a statement on Sunday that the fighters had “collected hundreds of bodies from the streets and the city’s neighborhoods and buried some in mass graves and burnt others in a desperate attempt to conceal evidence of their crimes against civilians.”
The medical group described the killings as a “full-fledged genocide” and a “violation of all international and religious norms,” saying that mutilating corpses and denying them proper burial amounts to crimes against humanity.
“The situation in al-Fasher has gone beyond a humanitarian catastrophe to become a systematic genocide, targeting human life and dignity amid an appalling international silence that amounts to complicity,” it added.
“The RSF crimes,” it said, “cannot be erased by burying or burning.”
The doctors’ network also called on the international community to take immediate action to launch an independent international investigation into the atrocities.
A report from Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab in late October provided satellite evidence of mass killings and apparent pools of blood visible from space.
The UN Human Rights Office in Sudan also confirmed that “brutal attacks” have intensified in El-Fasher since the RSF seized the capital of North Darfur on October 26.
According to Li Fung, the UN’s human rights representative in Sudan, al-Fasher, “has witnessed an escalation of brutal attacks” over the past 10 days.
Calling al-Fasher “a city of grief,” Li Fung said, “Civilians who survived 18 months of siege and hostilities are now enduring atrocities of an unimaginable scale.”
“Hundreds have been killed, including women, children, and the wounded, who sought safety in hospitals and schools. Entire families were cut down as they fled. Others have simply vanished,” she added.
Since capturing the city, RSF forces have carried out ethnic-based massacres, detentions, and sexual violence, while blocking civilians from escaping.
UN human rights chief Volker Türk warned that civilians still trapped in the city were being prevented from leaving, expressing fears of ongoing “summary executions, rape, and ethnically motivated violence.”
According to aid groups, the situation has triggered a mass exodus from the city. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) estimates that about 82,000 people have fled al-Fasher and nearby areas as of November 4.
According to the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), many families fleeing to the Tawila area of North Darfur arrived with “children who are not their own,” after being separated from or losing their parents during the chaos.
Meanwhile, the medical charity Doctors Without Borders (MSF) reported “extremely high levels of malnutrition among children and adults,” while local aid workers say some families are surviving on just one meal a day.
The ongoing war between the Sudanese army and the RSF, now in its 19th month, has killed thousands and displaced millions.
Regional and international mediation efforts have so far failed to bring an end to the conflict, which human rights groups warn is descending into one of the worst genocides of the 21st century.

zionist colony drone targeted a pickup truck with missiles between Al-Sawana and Khirbet Selm in southern Lebanon, resulting in the ascension of a martyr.

In addition, occupation forces’ newly established site near Alma Al-Shaab targeted the town’s outskirts and surrounding forests with heavy machine gunfire.

zionist military has claimed the lives of three people in southern Lebanon during separate airstrikes after threatening to resume “wide-scale” aggression against the country.

The fatalities were caused on Saturday, with Lebanon’s official National News Agency (NNA) identifying two of them as brothers from the town of Shebaa, who were driving on a road on the slopes of Mt Hermon in the country’s southeast.

The strikes targeting the victims “caused their SUV to catch fire and resulting in their deaths,” the report added.

Lebanon’s health ministry confirmed the death toll and later reported that another strike on a car in the village of Baraashit had killed another person and wounded four.

The military alleged that the aggression had targeted people affiliated with the country’s Hezbollah resistance movement.

It claimed that the victims were posing threats to a ceasefire signed between the regime and the group in 2024 towards ending Tel Aviv’s escalated atrocities against the country.

Ever since conclusion of the accord, the regime has been using similar excuses towards taking Lebanon under fresh strikes.

Earlier too, the NNA had reported injury of seven people during an Israeli drone attack on a vehicle in the southern Lebanese city of Bint Jbeil.

The casualties were caused less than a week after the regime’s Maariv newspaper quoted the Israeli military as warning it “will carry out a wide-scale operation” in Lebanon in case of, what it called, a Hezbollah attack.

The report reiterated Tel Aviv’s justification for its underway near-daily attacks, saying the military was currently carrying out “attrition warfare” against Hezbollah.

Tel Aviv has, meanwhile, been applying markedly intensified pressure through the United States, its biggest ally, on Beirut to disarm Hezbollah.

The group, which has defended the country in the face of several major Israeli wars across decades, has roundly rejected laying down its weapons, saying it would sustain its defensive role as long as the nation was threatened by Israeli occupation and aggression.

  • Cyrus Cylinder, a stolen artefact in the British Museum recognized as World Symbol of Human Rights

UNESCO’s General Conference has officially recognized the Cyrus Cylinder — described as the world’s first declaration of human rights — as a global symbol of freedom, justice, and respect for cultural diversity.

The decision was adopted unanimously by member states during the 43rd General Conference held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on November 6, 2025.

The resolution, jointly proposed by Iran, Tajikistan, and Iraq, identifies the Cyrus Cylinder as “a foundational document in the history of human civilization” and “the earliest written expression of the principles of liberty, justice, tolerance, and respect for cultural diversity.”

Under the new measure, UNESCO is tasked with promoting the teachings and values reflected in the artifact across its educational, cultural, and human rights programs.

Representatives from Egypt, Iraq, Colombia, India, Nigeria, Algeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Senegal, Armenia, and Poland were among those who supported the initiative.

The Cyrus Cylinder, an ancient clay artifact housed at the British Museum, dates back to the 6th century BCE. It records the conquest of Babylon by Cyrus the Great and his policies of religious tolerance and restoration of sanctuaries.

Scholars have long viewed it as an early statement of governance based on justice and respect for human dignity — principles that have influenced both historical and modern discussions on human rights.

Iran has long held the banner of dialogue, tolerance: Minister

Iran’s Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, Seyyed Reza Salehi-Amiri, hailed the adoption as “a sign of Iran’s role in shaping the universal concepts of justice, human dignity, and intercultural dialogue.”

In a message issued after the vote, he described the decision as “a lasting moment in the cultural memory of Iran and humanity.”

He added that UNESCO’s resolution portrays the Cyrus Cylinder as “a bridge between ethics and politics, between the past and the future, and between nations and the global conscience.”

Salehi-Amiri further noted that the text reminds the world that “freedom, respect for cultural diversity, reconstruction of communities and places of worship, and coexistence among religions have deep roots in Iran’s history.”

The Iranian civilization, he maintained, “has long carried the banner of dialogue, tolerance, justice, and spirituality.”

Previously, UNESCO approved two major commemorations with Iran’s participation: the 1,150th anniversary of the death of Bayazid Bastami, recognized as a master of Islamic mysticism (supported by Armenia, Tajikistan, and Turkey), and the centennial of Allameh Tabatabaei’s scholarly life, emphasizing his seminal work The Principles of Philosophy and the Method of Realism (supported by Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Pakistan).

  • Yemen Thwarts US–zion¿st –Saudi Spy Ring Targeting the Nation’s Sovereignty

Yemen’s Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday the successful completion of a high-level security operation, code-named “And Their Plot Will Perish,” which led to the dismantling of a sophisticated espionage network operating under a joint operations room that included the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Israeli enemy’s Mossad, and Saudi intelligence. The network was reportedly directed from within Saudi territory.

    Operation Exposes Foreign Espionage Network
In an official statement, the ministry said the achievement came after “multiple stages of investigation, surveillance, and intelligence follow-up,” which uncovered “hostile schemes, methods of infiltration, and foreign connections of traitorous elements.” Security forces reportedly obtained detailed intelligence confirming that the joint operations room coordinated sabotage and espionage activities against Yemen through small, compartmentalized cells linked directly to it.

According to the statement, the network received advanced espionage equipment and technical support from its foreign handlers. Members were trained by American, Zionist, and Saudi officers inside Saudi Arabia in “report writing, coordinates transmission, camouflage, and evasion tactics to avoid detection and arrest.”

Targets Included Strategic and Civilian Sites
The ministry added that the spy cells were tasked with monitoring Yemen’s infrastructure, identifying military and security installations, and locating arms production sites, missile launch platforms, and drone bases. They also gathered intelligence on key civilian, military, and security figures.

The network was further complicit in providing coordinates and information that facilitated attacks on civilians and public service facilities during military operations carried out by the US-Israeli-Saudi coalition against Yemen.

Part of Broader Escalation Against Yemen
The Interior Ministry described the creation of the joint intelligence cell and the recruitment of multiple espionage units as “a renewed escalation of aggression against Yemen,” aimed at undermining its military capabilities and its steadfast position in support of Gaza and the Palestinian people.

    Raising Awareness and Ensuring Vigilance
The Yemeni ministry also disclosed certain operational details of the spy network to raise public awareness of “enemy movements and plots” and commended the vigilance and cooperation of Yemeni citizens in exposing these hostile schemes.

It reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a high level of readiness and continuing national efforts to safeguard the country’s sovereignty and stability, urging all Yemenis to remain alert to ongoing threats targeting Yemen’s security and its principled stance in defense of Palestine and Gaza.

The ministry paid tribute to Yemen’s martyrs and extended wishes for the recovery of the wounded, vowing to continue the struggle “until victory is achieved for Yemen and for all free nations.”

  • Two Martyred in Rashaya, 7 injured in Bint Jbeil as zion¿st Attacks Widen Across South Lebanon

From the site of the attack in the city of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon, with our correspondent Hashem El Sayed Hassan.
    https://t.me/almanarnews/227883

zion¿st enemy has continued its attacks on villages and towns in southern Lebanon. Al-Manar’s correspondent reported that an zion¿st  drone dropped a bomb on the Al-Kasa’ir area in Mays al-Jabal, as part of a series of ongoing assaults on civilians and property.

In a separate attack, enemy drones targeted a jeep in the Jina’am area between Shebaa and Rashaya al-Wadi.

zionist drones struck another vehicle in Rashaya al-Wadi, in Lebanon’s eastern Beqaa region, this morning.
    https://t.me/presstv/163879

The targeting resulted in the immediate martyrdom of two people. Ambulances arrived at the scene and are currently transporting the bodies of the two martyrs. Drones have been persistently present in the area’s skies over recent days.

This escalation follows another attack earlier today, in which enemy aircraft raided a civilian “Rapid” car at approximately 8:00 AM on the Bint Jbeil-Saff al-Hawa road, near the Martyr Salah Ghandour Hospital.

The drones fired two guided missiles at the vehicle, approximately four hundred meters apart. The strike injured one civilian, who was transferred to a local hospital. The Ministry of Health announced that seven people were wounded in the raid, while fire crews worked to extinguish the fire that erupted in the targeted vehicle.

In a related context, our correspondent reported that zionist aircraft targeted an excavator near the town square of Blida overnight. The enemy returned in the morning, dropping new bombs on another excavator in the “Kilometer 9” area.

These attacks are part of the continuous zionist violations of Lebanese sovereignty, occurring amidst a suspicious international silence regarding the repeated crimes targeting civilians and infrastructure.

  • Dutch court upholds arms exports to z¿onist colony despite acknowledging ‘grave risk’ of genocide

European nations remain the biggest buyers of zion¿st colony weapons, purchasing over $8 billion last year despite publicly condemning zion¿st colony’s genocidal war on Gaza

A Dutch appeals court on 6 November confirmed the dismissal of a case filed by pro-Palestinian organizations demanding that the Netherlands end arms exports to Israel and cease trade with Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.

In its written judgment, the court said it was not within the judiciary’s authority to dictate such measures, stating that the decision lies with the government.

The plaintiffs argued that as a signatory to the 1948 Genocide Convention, the Dutch state is obliged to take all available steps to prevent genocide, citing Israel’s ongoing mass killing of civilians in Gaza.

The court agreed that the Netherlands holds that legal obligation and acknowledged “a grave risk” that Israel is committing genocide.

However, the judges maintained that the government already evaluates the risk of human rights abuses before approving military exports and noted that some applications have been denied.

The court also upheld an earlier ruling from December last year that sided with the Dutch state, which claimed it had taken sufficient precautions and halted certain shipments.

The pro-Palestine groups had alleged that Dutch companies supplied Israel with radar systems, F-16 components, warship equipment, police dogs, surveillance cameras, and software.

The government countered that it has stopped most arms exports to Israel and now only authorizes deliveries of parts used in defensive systems such as the Iron Dome.

Israel has rejected all accusations of genocide, despite a UN inquiry officially announcing it in mid-September, insisting its Gaza campaign targets Hamas.

The appeals court concluded that the pro-Palestine organizations failed to demonstrate that the state systematically neglects its obligations when assessing export risks and therefore could not justify a blanket ban on arms or dual-use items.

Despite their public condemnations of Israel’s genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, European nations remain the largest buyers of Israeli-made weapons, purchasing over $8 billion worth last year, according to Bloomberg.

Demand is projected to grow further as NATO members prepare to raise defense spending to five percent of GDP by 2035.

The move is heavily dependent on Israel’s deeply integrated defense industries, including Elbit Systems, Rafael, and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

While some European states, such as Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands, have introduced limited restrictions – from banning specific weapons sales to blocking settlement goods – the continent’s military reliance on Israeli technology continues to deepen.

In October, Germany approved arms sales to Israel worth at least $2.9 million despite an export ban on weapons that could be used in Gaza.

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs claimed that shipments consisted of “other military goods” and did not include weapons of war.

  • UK rejected civilian protection plans for Sudan, adopted ‘cheaper’ option: Report

The UK government rejected measures which could have prevented atrocities carried out by the UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan, according to a 7 November report by The Guardian.

An internal government paper from last year presented four options for increasing the protection of civilians in Sudan, including “atrocity prevention.”

The options were evaluated by officials from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) last year, and included the introduction of an “international protection mechanism” to safeguard civilians from war crimes and sexual violence.

An October 2025 report from the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI), seen by The Guardian, reveals the UK chose the “cheaper” and “least ambitious” option because of aid cuts. This option included allocating additional funds to the Red Cross and other organizations.

“Given resource constraints, [the UK] has opted to take the least ambitious approach to the prevention of atrocities, including CRSV [conflict-related sexual violence],” the report said.

Shayna Lewis, a Sudan expert with US-based human rights group Preventing and Ending Mass Atrocities (Paema), said “atrocities are not natural disasters – they are a political choice that are preventable if there is political will.”

“The FCDO’s decision [to pursue the least ambitious option for atrocity prevention] clearly shows the lack of priority this government places on atrocity prevention globally, but this has real-life consequences. Now the UK government is complicit in the ongoing genocide of the people of Darfur,” she added.

The ICAI report says the fourth and “least ambitious” option was selected due to “constraints in terms of resourcing and staffing.”

“An already overstretched country team did not have the capacity to take on a complex new programming area,” it stated.

The constraints negatively impacted the ability to protect women and girls from rape, which is among the atrocities being committed by RSF fighters.

The plans were rejected six months into the 500-day siege of the North Darfur city of El-Fasher, despite intelligence warnings that residents faced the threat of ethnic cleansing and genocide.

RSF forces pushed into El-Fasher on 26 October. The group’s fighters massacred thousands of civilians who failed to flee before the city fell, with some even filming themselves carrying out the atrocities.

Satellite images displayed the extent of atrocities committed by the UAE-BACKED RSF in El Fasher.

Satellite imagery released by Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab (HRL) showed massive blood stains in areas consistent with RSF movements.

According to the UN, women and girls have been raped by RSF fighters while trying to flee El-Fasher.

“Humanitarian partners reported that at least 25 women were gang-raped when RSF forces entered a shelter for displaced people near El-Fasher University. Witnesses confirm RSF personnel selected women and girls and raped them at gunpoint, forcing the remaining displaced persons – around 100 families – to leave the location amid shooting and intimidation of older residents,” the UN Human Rights Office said in late October.

Numerous reports over the past two years have confirmed Emirati military support for the RSF. Abu Dhabi denies the charge.

This includes UK arms supplied to the UAE and then sent by Abu Dhabi to the RSF, according to two dossiers of documents seen by the UN and cited by The Guardian last month.

“Months after the UN Security Council first received material alleging that the UAE may have supplied British-made items to the RSF, new data indicates that the British government went on to approve further exports to the Gulf state for military equipment of the same type,” The Guardian noted.

  • zion¿st colony confirms coordination with US on intensified strikes in Lebanon

zion¿st officials have confirmed that the recent attacks on Lebanon were carried out in coordination with the United States, despite the ceasefire brokered by Washington last year.

zionist broadcasting corporation (Kan) cited zionist officials as saying that the strikes in Lebanon were carried out “in coordination with the Americans,” who have been present at zionist colony’s so-called Northern Command base since the ceasefire was reached last November.

The sources claimed that the strikes came as the Lebanese Army “does not operate uniformly across the country when it comes to disarming the Hezbollah movement,” and that its “pace of its operations is estimated to be slower than expected.”

The officials said “the United States also recognizes that Hezbollah must be disarmed, in accordance with the decision of the Lebanese government.”

In August, Lebanon’s Prime Minister Nawaf Salam tasked the country’s army to develop a plan to restrict weapons to the state by the end of the year, a decision that aims at disarming the Hezbollah resistance movement that has for decades defended the country from external aggression, especially from the Israeli enemy.

Hezbollah has condemned the government’s decision to disarm it as a “grave sin,” warning that such a move would weaken the country against zionist aggression. The popular resistance group declared it would ignore the decision entirely, treating it “as if it did not exist.”

In a further escalation of its violations of the ceasefire agreement, Israel’s warplanes carried out heavy airstrikes on several southern Lebanese towns on Thursday.

    ‘Full-fledged crime’

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun on Thursday decried the zionist airstrikes as “full-fledged crime.”

“What Israel committed today in southern Lebanon constitutes a full-fledged crime under international humanitarian law, which criminalizes the targeting, terrorizing, and forced displacement of civilians,” Aoun said.

He also described the Israeli escalation as “a heinous political crime”, stressing that “Every time Lebanon expresses openness to peaceful negotiations to resolve outstanding issues with Israel, the latter intensifies its aggression against Lebanese sovereignty, flaunts its disregard for UN Security Council Resolution 1701, and continues violating its obligations.”

“Nearly a year has passed since the ceasefire took effect, and during that period Israel has spared no effort in showing its rejection of any negotiated settlement” between the two sides, Aoun said.

    ‘Israel’s destructive approach’

The Lebanese army also denounced the Israeli strikes as “a continuation of the enemy’s destructive approach aimed at undermining Lebanon’s stability, expanding devastation in the south, and prolonging the war to maintain the threat against the Lebanese people.”

“These assaults also hinder the full deployment of the Lebanese army in implementation of the cessation of hostilities agreement between Lebanon and Israel,” the statement added.

It emphasized Lebanon’s commitment to “close coordination with the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL),” emphasizing that “the partnership between both sides remains at a high level of trust and cooperation.”

    ‘US masterminds Israeli attacks’

Noting that the Israeli strikes targeted civilians’ homes, Lebanese lawmaker Hassan Izz al-Din from Hezbollah’s parliamentary bloc, Loyalty to the Resistance, stressed that the US masterminds the Israeli attacks.

He urged the Lebanese president and government to take decisive action against the Israeli enemy, calling for unity among the various components of Lebanese society.

“Israel does not differentiate between one Lebanese and another”, Izz al-Din said, adding that” Israel targets “all of Lebanon and its capabilities because its project is expansionist”.

He stressed Lebanon’s “absolute” right to defend its people, its land, and its sovereignty, “without permission from anyone”.

Israel and Hezbollah agreed to a ceasefire that took effect on November 27, 2024. Under the deal, Tel Aviv was required to withdraw fully from Lebanese territory — but has kept forces stationed at five sites, in clear violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and the terms of last November’s agreement.

Since the implementation of the ceasefire, Israel has violated the agreement thousands times through repeated assaults on Lebanese territory. Lebanese authorities have warned that the regime’s violations of the ceasefire threaten national stability.
