• Germany is offering asylum to donkeys from Gaza. Gaza’s children? Not allowed.

Germany has already evacuated at least four times as many donkeys as human beings from Gaza.

Germany is now taking in animals from Gaza while refusing entry to injured and sick Palestinians. The message is clear: in Germany’s hierarchy of “valuable” life, Palestinians are valued less than animals.Just when it seems impossible for German policy on Palestine to become more absurd, the country manages to prove otherwise. Last week, reports emerged that at least eight donkeys from Gaza had been “rescued” and flown to Germany. While the operation can be seen as part of an Israeli campaign to deprive people in Gaza of an essential means of transportation, the real outrage lies elsewhere: Germany has already evacuated at least four times as many donkeys as human beings from Gaza.“They have left behind hunger and misery, beatings and exploitation.” This is how a German newspaper opens its story about the donkeys’ “rescue” – without a single word explaining who is responsible for their suffering. Worse still, German media have not used such empathetic language for Palestinians in more than two years. Only far-left outlets still describe what is happening in Gaza as “genocide.” In the mainstream, the word is treated as a “scandal“ in itself. Reports of systematic torture of Palestinians by the Israeli army – most recently documented by the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) – barely reach German audiences, and there is certainly no public outcry.

Further down, the article cheerfully notes that the donkeys, “considering all the terrible things they have experienced, are amazingly trusting” and have already “blossomed a little.” Reading similar descriptions of the psychological state of Gaza’s people in a German newspaper today would be nothing short of “revolutionary.”Further down, the article cheerfully notes that the donkeys, “considering all the terrible things they have experienced, are amazingly trusting” and have already “blossomed a little.” Reading similar descriptions of the psychological state of Gaza’s people in a German newspaper today would be nothing short of “revolutionary.”For international observers – and for South Africa’s genocide case before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) – one of the clearest indicators that Israel is committing genocide is the repeated dehumanization of Palestinians by Israeli government and army spokespeople, who routinely liken them to animals. Regarding Germany, one can now say this much: after two years of genocide, Ghazawis have been so thoroughly dehumanized that, in the hierarchy of “valuable” life, they rank below animals.

  • Syrian Alawites mobilize against Jolani’s HTS-led massacres

Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists open fire at peaceful protesters.

Thousands of Alawites took to the streets in protest across Syria’s coastal cities on 25 November to demonstrate against government-sponsored sectarian violence, one day after the minority’s religious leader called for mass sit-ins.

The cities of Tartous, Latakia, Baniyas, Jableh, and Homs were filled with protesters. People marched, chanted, and carried signs and slogans rejecting the ongoing violence against Alawites carried out by Syrian government forces and allied militias. Others held signs calling for “federalism,” echoing the call made by their religious leader the day before.According to local reports, Alawite protesters were shot at and injured by Syrian security forces in multiple cities, while others have been detained and taken to unknown locations.

Some Christians reportedly also took part in the demonstrations. The protests come mainly in response to a massive attack on Alawite civilians carried out by government-backed tribal militias two days ago. The attackers entered the Al-Muhajireen neighborhood in Homs, storming and burning houses and shops, vandalizing cars, and firing indiscriminately at residents.

At least two were killed and dozens were injured during the attack, which was framed as revenge for the killing of a married couple from the Bani Khaled tribe in Homs recently. An anti-Sunni sectarian slogan was found written on the wall in blood, prompting some to speculate that the murder was a false-flag aimed specifically at fueling sectarian tensions.

The Syrian Interior Ministry also said there was no evidence that it was a sectarian crime, adding that it appeared to be an attempt at “incitement.”

As the protests began on Tuesday, residents of Homs spoke to Al Mayadeen about the tribal attack and their fears of an escalated campaign of sectarian violence against Alawites.

“We thought the years of war were behind us. Suddenly, the sounds of gunfire returned to the streets, and people started running in every direction. My children slept last night in one room away from the windows … I couldn’t sleep for a single moment,” one resident said.

“Everyone is in shock,” another Homs resident told Al Mayadeen. “People are afraid of new sectarian tension. Everyone just wants calm to return.”

The coastal protests come one day after the Alawite religious leader in Syria, Ghazal Ghazal, made a call for people to take to the streets.

Ghazal urged Alawites to hold “a sit-in in their areas” to demand “federalism and political decentralization, an end to ethnic cleansing, killing, kidnapping, and captivity, and the release of [Alawites] detained in prisons.”

The statement also called on Alawites to document and record all their activities during the protests.

Thousands of Alawite civilians were massacred in March this year by Syrian government forces during a violent crackdown to quell an armed uprising carried out by members of the community.

Since then, the Alawite community has been disarmed by Damascus and has been left vulnerable to sectarian attacks and killing sprees. Young Alawite girls continue to disappear as a result of government-linked kidnapping networks, and Alawite men are regularly executed.

Thousands of Druze civilians were also massacred by government forces during clashes in Suwayda earlier this year.

The Syrian army is predominantly made up of what used to be known as the Al-Qaeda-linked Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS). Numerous other extremist factions with links to ISIS have been made official brigades in the Syrian military since the fall of former Syrian president Bashar al-Assad’s government and the collapse of his army last year.

Government violence against minorities in Syria over the past year has prompted some to call for federalism, or the division of the country along sectarian lines.

Observers have also speculated that Israel, which established a large-scale occupation in Syria after Assad was ousted, has been pushing for federalism in a bid to divide Syria.

These speculations gained more traction after the massacres of the Druze in Suwayda in July, when Israel was publicly calling for their protection and vowing to “defend” minorities in Syria.

“The Israeli aim is to keep Syria as a weak state, divided into autonomous zones drawn along ethnic lines, and to prevent the new Syrian government from uniting Syria,” the US think tank, Atlantic Council, said in April.

  • Nine children killed in Pakistan airstrikes on Afghanistan

    ❗️

Pakistan carried out airstrikes in eastern Afghanistan that killed 10 civilians, including nine children, according to Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid. He said Pakistani forces struck a home in Khost province and launched additional attacks in Kunar and Paktika, wounding four more people. Islamabad has yet to comment on the operation.

The strikes came a day after a suicide bombing on a security compound in Peshawar killed three Pakistani officers and injured 11 others. While no group claimed responsibility, Pakistani officials blamed Afghan nationals and pointed to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which Islamabad says operates from Afghan territory. A similar attack in Islamabad earlier this month that killed 12 people was also linked to a TTP faction.

Relations between Pakistan and the Taliban-led government in Kabul have deteriorated further since border clashes last month left around 70 dead.

A ceasefire brokered by Qatar and Turkiye has failed to resolve the underlying dispute, with Pakistan demanding that Afghanistan curb TTP fighters and Kabul countering that Islamabad is violating Afghan sovereignty and harboring hostile groups.

  • Alawite councils call for mass protests following violence in Syria’s Homs

Alawite religious councils in Syria and Lebanon have issued an urgent call for large, peaceful protests on Tuesday after a surge of violent attacks on Alawite neighborhoods in Homs. Sheikh Ghazal Ghazal, head of the Alawite Islamic Council in Syria and the diaspora, urged citizens to take to the streets to condemn the assaults and demand protection for civilians, as the councils appealed to the UN and international bodies for immediate intervention.

Local authorities extended a curfew in several districts following the murder of a couple from the Bedouin Bani Khalid tribe, an incident that triggered retaliatory pogroms across Homs involving arson, gunfire, and widespread destruction. Although security forces say stability has been restored and investigations are underway, the Alawite councils accuse the authorities of failing to safeguard vulnerable communities. Tomorrow’s protests aim to draw attention to escalating sectarian targeting and prevent the situation from deteriorating further.

  • HTS-backed Bedouin tribes attack Alawite neighborhood in Syria’s Homs following apparent sectarian killing

Circulating footage of the chaos in Homs, where armed Bedouins are opening fire, and breaking and burning properties, shops, and cars.
    https://t.me/thecradlemedia/46730

An Alawite neighborhood in the Syrian city of Homs was attacked by members of the HTS-backed Sunni Bani Khalid Bedouin tribe on 23 November, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

According to reports, the attackers entered the Al-Muhajireen neighborhood, storming and burning houses and shops, vandalizing cars, and firing indiscriminately at residents.

Initial reports indicate dozens of Alawites have been killed or wounded amid the chaos, which spread to the Al-Basel and Arman neighborhoods.

The attack by the Bedouin fighters allegedly comes in response to the brutal murder of a married couple from the Bani Khalid tribe in the town of Zaydal, located south of Homs city.

The couple was found dead inside their home, and the wife’s body was burned.

A sectarian slogan was found written on the wall in blood, suggesting the killers wished to anger Sunnis and spark a sectarian conflict in Homs, which is roughly divided between Sunni and Alawite residents.

The Bedouin attack coincided with the end of the school day, prompting security forces to intervene and prevent students from leaving.

The Syrian Ministry of Interior issued a statement stating that an investigation into the couple’s murder was ongoing and that the perpetrators had not been identified.

“This attack appears to have the goal of fueling sectarian divisions and undermining stability in the region,” said Major General Murhaf al-Nassan, head of internal security in Homs, in a statement to state media SANA.

“We are taking immediate measures to prevent further escalation,” he added.

Syrian journalist Scharo Maroof noted that “If this was indeed a murder, perpetrated by Alawite militants, it would not seem plausible for them to leave sectarian statements written in blood on the wall, the Alawite community is well aware that in every scenario, they would become the victim.”

Alawites were disarmed by Syria’s new government, led by former Al-Qaeda leader Ahmad al-Sharaa, after it came to power in December.

This has left Alawites largely defenseless and vulnerable to attacks by Syria’s new security forces and affiliated armed factions, who view all Alawites as deserving of death, due to their association with the former government of Bashar al-Assad during the 14-year war and due to the sectarian teachings of the medieval Islamic scholar, Ibn Taymiyyah, who declared them apostates.

As a result, Alawite civilians have been regularly murdered and kidnapped in Homs since Assad’s fall, including in several cases in just the past week.

On Friday, Wissam Daher Al-Ali (23 years old) and Muhammad Saleh Al-Ali (24 years old), cousins from the village of Abu Hakfa, were reported missing from the Al-Zahraa neighborhood in Homs city.

The bodies of the two young Alawite men were found that evening inside Al-Waer Hospital in Homs after being stoned to death.

The day before, a live broadcast from the city of Homs showed a number of local residents welcoming home a group of men who had been arrested for killing Alawites in the Wadi al-Dahab neighborhood of the city.

The live broadcast was accompanied by a caption stating:

“His Eminence Sheikh Sahl Junaid, may God preserve him, the Mufti of Homs, along with the people of Homs and the families of the martyrs, welcome the heroes who avenged our martyrs.”

According to the Syrian Justice Archive (SJA), “This indicates their acknowledgment that these individuals were responsible for killing civilians ‘as revenge’ and yet they were released.”

On 15 November, five Alawite men were massacred in the village of Umm Hartin al-Gharbiyah in the western Homs countryside, including the mukhtar of the village, SJA reported.

According to local sources, armed men riding in vehicles belonging to the government’s General Security Services (GSS) entered the village and opened fire inside a cafe.

On Thursday, the body of an Alawite man was found dumped on the Sixty highway after having been kidnapped by unidentified gunmen two days before from inside his shop in Wadi al-Dahab neighborhood behind the amusement park in Homs city, according to SOHR.

Regional Resistance forces condemn aggression against Lebanon

Regional Resistance Factions released statements condemning the zion¿st occupation airstrikes launched on Beirut’s southern suburbs as a dangerous escalation and a direct aggression on Lebanese sovereignty.

⚫️ The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine stresses the civilian harm and labels the attack as a war crime. They link it directly to U.S. pressure on Lebanon, framing it as part of ongoing efforts to keep the Lebanese people under political and economic coercion.

⚪️ The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement presents the attack as another episode in “israel’s” open-ended war on the region. They emphasize repeated breaches of ceasefires—from Lebanon to Gaza—and hold the U.S. responsible for enabling the escalation. Their defining message is a call for regional unity and collective mobilization.

🔴 The PFLP describes the strike as a coordinated American-“israeli” attempt to impose new rules of engagement by force. They frame the attack as deliberate, organized state terrorism targeting a civilian area. Their emphasis is on the resistance as the central protector of Lebanese sovereignty and the unifying force that strengthens national resilience.

🇾🇪 AnsarAllah’s Political Bureau described the attack as a criminal violation of the year-long ceasefire and of international humanitarian law. They warn against efforts to weaken or disarm the resistance, arguing that such narratives serve to destabilize Lebanon. Their message closes with renewed support for Lebanon’s right to resist and a call on Arab and Islamic governments to act.

⚔️ The Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine described the “israeli” strike as a barbaric attack on a densely populated civilian area and a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement. They described the aggression as part of U.S.-backed efforts to pressure Lebanon and weaken the resistance by pushing for its disarmament, viewing it as another extension of the ongoing American-supported violations across the Arab world.

🟨 The Fatah Al-Intifada Movement stressed that the zionist attack, backed by the United States, is part of a broader plan to reshape the region in favor of “israeli” and American interests at the expense of regional stability.

🟢 Hamas described the zionist attack as organized terrorism and highlighted the “israeli’s” attempt to impose new rules and pressure resistance forces. Hamas expressed full solidarity with Lebanon and its right to defend its land and people, emphasizing that the martyrs’ blood will strengthen Lebanese unity against U.S.–”israeli” attempts at domination. The movement extends condolences to the families of the martyrs, wishes recovery to the wounded, and reaffirms that the will of the resistance remains stronger than all forms of aggression.

Hezbollah mourns Commander Haitham Ali al-Tabtabai, assassinated by zionist occupation:

“In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate

“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with God; some of them have fulfilled their vow, and some are still waiting — but they have never changed in the least.”

With pride and honor, Hezbollah announces to the people of the resistance and to our Lebanese people the martyrdom of the great jihadi commander Haitham Ali al-Tabtabai (Sayyed Abu Ali), who rose to martyrdom in sacrifice for Lebanon and its people following a treacherous Israeli attack on Haret Hreik in Beirut’s southern suburb.

This great commander has now joined his fellow martyrs after a long wait to meet God Almighty, following a life filled with jihad, sincerity, devotion, firmness on the path of resistance, and tireless work confronting the Israeli enemy until the very last moments of his blessed life. He never knew exhaustion or hesitation in the defense of his land and his people, dedicating his life to the resistance since its earliest days. He was among the leaders who laid the foundational stones that made this resistance strong, dignified, and capable — defending the nation and achieving victories.

God has honored him with the noble medal of martyrdom. His great martyrdom will bring renewed hope, determination, and strength to his brothers in the resistance, just as he was, in life, a source of power and inspiration for them. The fighters will carry his pure blood, as they carried the blood of every martyr commander before him, and they will move forward with steadfastness and courage to thwart every project of the Zionist enemy and its patron, America.

We extend our condolences and congratulations to the Master of the Age (may God hasten his reappearance), to his fellow fighters and resistance members, to our steadfast and patient resistance supporters, and to all free people in the world on the martyrdom of this great jihadist commander and the martyrs who rose with him. We also address their honorable families, asking God Almighty to grant them patience and comfort, and to grant the wounded a speedy recovery.”

  • Jews violated Gaza ceasefire agreement nearly 500 times, killed 342 Palestinians: Gaza government

The Gaza Government Media Office says the zion¿st military has violated the Gaza ceasefire agreement at least 497 times in 44 days, killing hundreds of Palestinians and injuring many more ever since the truce between Hamas and the Tel Aviv regime came into effect on October 10.
A statement released on Saturday revealed that 342 civilians have lost their lives and 875 others have sustained injuries in the attacks, with the majority of the victims being children, women, and the elderly.
The office denounced zionist colony for systematically violating the agreement through deadly assaults and ongoing incursions.
It said a total of 27 violations were documented on Saturday, which resulted in 24 deaths and 87 injuries.
The media office characterized the pattern as a “flagrant breach” of international humanitarian law and the humanitarian protocol associated with the ceasefire arrangement.
Since October 10, Israel has committed 142 shootings aimed at civilians, residences, and displacement tents; 21 ground incursions past the so-called ‘yellow line’; 228 strikes from air, artillery, and ground forces; and 100 demolitions of civilian homes and structures, which constitutes ‘collective punishment’ and an attempt to escalate destruction, it further noted.

“We condemn in the strongest terms the continued serious and systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Israeli occupation authorities,” the statement read.
“These violations constitute a flagrant breach of international humanitarian law and the humanitarian protocol attached to the agreement. Among these violations, 27 occurred today, Saturday, resulting in 24 martyrs and 87 wounded,” it added.
The office also said Israel was fully responsible for the humanitarian and security repercussions from its violations.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office alleged it launched the latest attacks after a Hamas fighter attacked Israeli soldiers in Israeli-occupied territory inside the yellow line.
Hamas called on zionist colony to unveil the identity of the individual who is said to have attacked the zionist forces.
Izzat al-Risheq, a high-ranking official in Hamas’s political bureau, urged the mediators of the Gaza agreement and the US administration to exert pressure on Israel to support its claim and to execute the Gaza accord.
“Israel is fabricating pretexts to evade the agreement and return to a war of extermination,” he said in a statement. “It is Israel that violates the agreement daily and systematically.”
Risheq also rejected the reports suggesting that Hamas had rescinded the ceasefire.
In the attacks in Gaza since October 2023, Israel has killed at least 69,733 people, most of them women and children, and injured 170,863 others.
