Zionist occupation forces open fire on diplomatic delegation visiting Jenin refugee camp
Zionist occupation forces stationed at Jenin refugee camp have fired live ammunition at a diplomatic delegation as it was entering the camp to view the living conditions of the refugees.
The diplomats that visited the camp on Wednesday were from Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Egypt, France, India, Japan, Jordan, Lithuania, Mexico Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Spain, Turkey, the EU, and the UK, along with representatives from several other countries and journalists accompanying them.
The Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates had organized the visit for the international community to witness the Israeli regime’s ongoing aggression against the Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank.
The Ministry had arranged a similar visit to Tulkarem city and the refugee camp in the northern West Bank last week.
WAFA news agency reported that the delegation wanted to enter the camp from the eastern gate, where the regime has installed an iron gate, when the soldiers fired live ammunition directly and heavily at the diplomats and their entourage.
In a statement, the Ministry said, “This aggressive act constitutes a flagrant and serious violation of the provisions of international law and the most basic rules of diplomatic relations stipulated in the 1961 Vienna Convention, which guarantees protection and immunity for diplomatic missions and delegations.”After the incident, the delegation visited the Jenin Governorate headquarters and reviewed the situation in the camp and the city.
The camp governor, Mohammed Jarrar, explained in detail the city’s disastrous economic condition, the war’s impact on its facilities, and the destruction of infrastructure.
More importantly, he described the extremely inhumane circumstances under which 22,000 Palestinians have been forced to abandon their homes and live in the tyrannical conditions the Israeli regime has forced upon them.
Later, the Ministry condemned the assault by the occupation forces on the diplomatic delegation invited by the Palestinian Authority.
Since October 7, 2023, when the Israeli regime began its genocidal war against Gaza, the number of attacks by settlers and occupation forces on the Palestinians of the Occupied West Bank has increased dramatically.
The Israeli regime has also killed at least 1,000 Palestinians and abducted 7,000 in the occupied West Bank.PressTV report with videos

The British Empire is fueling the Gaza genocide PART 2
A large UK military transport aircraft, the A400M, was deployed from Britain’s base in Cyprus to Israel. This aircraft has the capacity to carry up to 116 troops and a wide range of military equipment, including components for Chinook helicopters.
Since 2023, the United Kingdom has carried out at least 518 aerial surveillance operations over Gaza using Royal Air Force aircraft based at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus. These reconnaissance flights have raised concerns over the UK’s role in supporting the Zionist genocide in Gaza that has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians.PressTV report

The British Empire is fueling the Gaza genocide
New data shows the UK approved £127.6 ($171.2) million in arms exports to the Zionist colony in late 2024, more than the total approved between 2020 and 2023.

Three UK ministers have been summoned by Parliament’s export oversight committee to explain potential loopholes in the arms export rules to Israel.
Committee chair Liam Byrne is demanding urgent clarification from the trade, foreign, and defense ministers amid concerns that companies may be exploiting a partial arms ban to continue supplying weapons for use in Gaza.

Gaza bleeds: 94 lives lost in a single day of Zionist genocidal bloodletting
The Gaza Strip has witnessed the deaths of 94 people on the back of interminable Zionist airstrikes throughout the space of no more than a single day.
The fatalities occurred on Tuesday alone, a sharp increase from a previous death toll of around 60 that had been announced by Palestinian media outlets.
The victims perished during targeted attacks on homes, schools, and shelters among other places.
The death trail began in the early hours of the morning, with 54 people losing their lives between midnight and 4:00 AM.
Among them were 13 people killed in an attack on the Musa bin Nusair School in Gaza City, a place previously sought as a safe haven.
At the Nuseirat Refugee Camp in central Gaza, 15 people were killed in an assault on the Radi Station, while 13 lives were lost in an airstrike targeting the Abu Samra home in Deir al-Balah, another city perched in the central part of the coastal sliver.
Airstrikes mowed down nine more people at the Muqayyid family home in the city of Jabalia, north of the Gaza City.
Civilian areas were also heavily targeted to severe deadly effect in the city of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.
Residents and civil defense workers are, meanwhile, trying to salvage survivors from sprawling areas of rubble.
Observers note that what has been left of the territory’s medical infrastructure is far overwhelmed by an incessant flow of caseloads created as a result of unexceptionally indiscriminate Israeli bombardment.
In all, at least 53,573 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children, across Gaza since October 2023, when the Israeli regime began bringing the already severely impoverished territory under a war of genocide.
Amid the insufferable circumstances, Gaza’s Hamas resistance movement reminded the regime’s refusal to partake in serious negotiation towards clinching a ceasefire.
In a statement on Monday, the movement said an Israeli delegation that had been sent to the Qatari capital had no authority to engage in real negotiations or seal a ceasefire agreement. The delegation’s continued presence in Doha, it added, amounted to a blatant attempt by Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to deceive the global public opinion and falsely appear engaged in a meaningful negotiation process.

One killed as Zionist drone hits motorcycle in southern Lebanon in violation of ceasefire
In the latest blatant violation of a shaky ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, the Zionistmilitary has conducted an aerial attack in the Arab country’s South Governorate, killing at least one person.
Lebanese media outlets, citing local sources speaking on condition of anonymity, reported that an Zionist drone fired a guided missile at a motorcycle as it was traveling along a road linking al-Mansouri neighborhood to Majdal Zoun town in Tyre district on Tuesday.
Zionist Army Radio asserted that the strike targeted a member of the Hezbollah resistance movement.
The development came a day after a Hezbollah member was killed and three civilians were injured in a spate of Israeli air and ground strikes targeting various areas in southern Lebanon.
The official National News Agency (NNA) reported that an Israeli airstrike had targeted the outskirts of the village of Houla.
An unnamed Lebanese security source confirmed that a Hezbollah member, identified as Issa Qutaish and originally from Houla, was killed in the strike.
Meanwhile, the NNA said two people were injured when an Israeli drone hit a motorcycle in Wadi Sarbin area, while another individual was wounded in the shoulder as Israeli forces opened fire on him at the entrance of Kafr Kila village. On Saturday, the Israeli military also asserted in a statement that it had struck and killed a Hezbollah commander in southern Lebanon.
Several Israeli media outlets reported that the commander was attacked by a drone while inside a car, adding that he was “involved in the reestablishment of Hezbollah infrastructure in the area.”
Since the commencement of the ceasefire, the occupying forces have been launching assaults on Lebanon, including airstrikes throughout the Arab nation, breaching the agreement.
On January 27, 2025, Lebanon announced its decision to extend the ceasefire with Israel until February 18.
Although the deadline of February 18 has passed, Israel continues to maintain its occupation of five significant regions in southern Lebanon, namely Labbouneh, Mount Blat, Owayda Hill, Aaziyyeh, and Hammamis Hill, all situated near the border.
Lebanon has condemned the continued presence of Israeli military forces, viewing it as a violation of the ceasefire agreement and the established timeline for withdrawal. Senior officials in Beirut have expressed their commitment to take “all necessary measures” to remove the occupying troops from the nation.

Lavrov Slams Ethnic and Religious Cleansing in Syria, Criticizes Western Silence –
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed concern over ongoing ethnic and religious cleansing by armed groups in Syria, calling the situation particularly alarming.
Speaking at an Orthodox Easter reception, Lavrov accused extremist factions of committing mass killings based on ethnicity and religion. He also criticized the West for ignoring such crimes, saying it turns a blind eye when atrocities do not interfere with its global agenda.
Notably, mass sectarian killings occurred in Syria’s coastal regions of Latakia and Tartous last March. Despite promises from the new Syrian government to uphold civil peace and hold perpetrators accountable, sectarian abuses reportedly continue in several provinces.

Raging genocide: Netanyahu says colony will ‘control all of Gaza’ as military expands ground ops
Zionist settler colony leader Netanyahu says the regime plans to “take control of all” of the Gaza Strip, as his military launched a newly expanded offensive in the besieged territory.
In a video posted to his Telegram channel, Netanyahu said, “The fighting is intense and we are making progress. We will take control of all the territory of the Strip.”
“We will not give up,” he added, noting that the regime “must act in a way that cannot be stopped” in order to achieve this goal.
He noted that the decision to allow a small number of aid trucks into Gaza later on Monday, the first in nearly two months, was made to avoid international backlash.
“We must not let the population of Gaza sink into famine, both for practical and diplomatic reasons,” he said.
Netanyahu revealed that close allies, including pro-Zionist US senators, had called on him to allow some aid to avoid images of mass starvation, which could undermine international support.
“Our best friends in the world, senators who are passionate supporters of Israel, came to me and said they would provide all the assistance needed to achieve victory: weapons, backing for eliminating Hamas, and protection at the UN Security Council,” Netanyahu said.
“But there’s one thing they said they cannot support: images of mass starvation. ‘We cannot stand by you in that situation,’ they told me. So, in order to achieve victory, we must address that problem,” he added.Backing Netanyahu’s decision, far-right finance minister Bezalel Smotrich said it will allow “our friends in the world to continue to provide us with an international umbrella of protection against the Security Council and the Hague Court.”
Israel launched the campaign of genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023. It has killed more than 53,000 Palestinians there so far, according to the health ministry of Gaza.
In January, the Israeli regime was forced to agree to a ceasefire deal with Hamas given the regime’s failure to achieve any of its objectives, including the “elimination” of the Palestinian resistance movement or the release of captives.
The 42-day stage of the truce, which was marred by repeated Israeli violations, expired on March 1, but Israel is refraining from stepping into talks for the second stage of the agreement.
On March 18, the regime resumed the strikes on Gaza, breaking the nearly two-month-long ceasefire.PressTV report
