An African migrant was injured on Thursday by gunfire from the Saudi enemy in Yemen’s northern Sa’adah province.
Al-Masirah’s correspondent in Sa’adah reported that the migrant was wounded by Saudi enemy fire near the Al Thabit area in the border district of Qataber.
The incident comes a day after two Yemeni civilians were injured on Wednesday by Saudi enemy fire in the same province.
On Monday, four civilians were killed or wounded in separate Saudi attacks across border areas of Sa’adah.
Border districts in Sa’adah have for years been subjected to repeated Saudi attacks, including artillery shelling, missile strikes, and small-arms fire, resulting in civilian casualties and extensive damage to public and private property.
Yemeni authorities say these attacks have continued despite declared ceasefires and ongoing peace efforts, amid what they describe as persistent international silence and restraint by the national side in support of the peace process.
