Two Civilians Injured by Saudi Enemy Fire in Sa’adah

Two civilians were injured on Wednesday after coming under fire from the Saudi enemy in Yemen’s northern Sa’adah governorate, according to local sources.

Al-Masirah correspondent in Sa’adah reported that the two civilians were wounded by Saudi enemy gunfire opposite the Shada border district.
The incident comes amid a renewed escalation by the Saudi enemy against civilians in Saada’s border areas.
On Monday, the Saudi enemy intensified its attacks, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of four civilians in separate assaults. Last Friday, a civilian, an African migrant, and another Yemeni citizen sustained serious injuries after being targeted near the Al Thabit area in the border district of Qatabir.

Border districts in Saada have for years been subjected to repeated Saudi enemy attacks, including artillery and missile shelling, leading to civilian casualties and extensive damage to public and private property.

These attacks have continued amid what local sources concedered it as complete international silence, despite stated national efforts to support and advance peace initiatives.
