US-BACKED zion*st colony hits Tehran civilian infrastructure and Fordow nuclear facility

zion*st warplanes hit Evin Prison and the medical science complex at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran.

zion*st colony continued to heavily bombard Iran on 23 June, carrying out massive strikes, including on a university in the capital, Tehran.

zion*st occupation army also carried out attacks near the Fordow nuclear facility north of Qom and Evin Prison in the capital.

The Economist, citing experts, confirms that Iran’s Fordow facility cannot be destroyed by US bunker-buster bombs.

According to the report, Fordow is a fortified site that can only be destroyed by nuclear weapons, or by forces on the ground carrying out bombing operations.

The headquarters of Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB in Tehran was bombed for the second time as well.

Video footage showed large clouds of smoke following the zionist strike on the Medical Sciences Complex at Tehran’s Shahid Beheshti Univesity.

A correspondent for Israel’s Channel 14 said warplanes were “carrying out attacks in Iran on a large number of targets, including Evin Prison and dozens of internal security headquarters affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards – and this is not the end.”

Israel’s Channel 12 said strikes targeted the entrances to the Fordow nuclear facility “to prevent materials from being smuggled out.” Fordow was attacked by US B-2 stealth bombers the day before, officially marking Washington’s entry into the zionist war.

According to Israel’s Broadcasting Corporation (KAN), around 100 bombs have been dropped on Tehran over the past few hours.

Military bases in Karaj and Shahr-e Rey were also hit, as well as a power station in Tehran. Electricity outages were reported following the strike on the power station.

Earlier on Monday, Katz said ‘Tel Aviv’ was attacking “targets belonging to the Iranian regime” with “unprecedented force.”

“For every [missile] fired at Israeli territory, the Iranian dictator will pay the price. The strikes will continue with full force,” the defense minister added.

The Washington-based Human Rights Activists group said on Monday that 950 people have been killed in Iran since the start of Israel’s brutal war on the country, adding that 3,450 others have been wounded.

However, as of Saturday, the official toll from Iran’s Health Ministry was 430 killed and over 3,500 injured.

The renewed wave of heavy bombardment followed a fresh ballistic missile attack launched by Iran on Monday morning. Among the targets was an Israeli power station in the southern city of Ashdod. The Israeli Electricity Company announced a disruption to the electrical supply after the station was hit by a missile.

Power was temporarily cut off in around 8,000 homes as a result of the attack, Israel’s energy minister said. Other targets remain unclear due to heavy Israeli military censorship.

“Iran’s missile capabilities have not weakened. They still have hundreds of mobile and fixed launchers, although the Israeli Air Force has destroyed more than 200 of them so far. The missiles launched are heavy ballistic missiles, some equipped with fragmentation warheads. This is a war of attrition in every sense of the word,” said Israeli journalist and security expert Yossi Melman.
