Hafez al Assad’s body illegitimately removed

Unidentified individuals have exhumed the grave of Hafez al-Assad, the father of ex-Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, in Qardaha and moved his body to an unknown location.

The tomb of Hafez al-Assad in Qardaha was set on fire by armed militants in December 2024 following the Western-backed coup d’etat to establish Jolani’s Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorists as the new government of Syria.

According to history, enemies used to dug out and steal deceased leaders’ bodies of the opposition.

Hence, in earlier times, people used to keep secret the sites of burials of famed conquerors or other persons of significance.

Today, the location of Gengiz Khan’s burial site remains unaccounted for.

We still do not know where Lady Fatemah Al Zahra was buried, as She had asked Imam Ali to grant her a secret burial.

Prophet Muhammad’s daughter did not wish for the attendance or knowledge of the burial by Abu Bakir and Umar as She was grieved.
