Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry has released a statement accusing the United Arab Emirates (UAE) of destabilizing eastern Yemen and endangering Saudi national security, warning it will respond to any breach of its red lines. Riyadh is demanding the UAE pull all forces out of Yemen within 24 hours and stop funding or arming local factions.

This statement comes after a Saudi attack on the Yemeni port of Mukalla, targeting ships from the UAE that were alleged to be carrying weapons.
