Iran formally rejects invitation to Trump & Sisi’s Sharm el-Sheikh Summit

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi briefed the cabinet on Sunday on Egypt’s official invitation for President Masoud Pezeshkian to attend the Sharm el-Sheikh summit and Iran’s subsequent decision to decline the invitation, after which Cairo extended it to the foreign minister instead.
