Aid-related attacks alone resulted in 34 martyrs and over 644 injuries within the same period. This raises the total number of martyrs killed while seeking sustenance to 1,060, with more than 7,207 wounded.

From March 18, 2025, until today, the total toll stands at 8,363 martyrs and 31,004 injuries.

The overall toll since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, has now reached 59,219 martyrs and 143,045 wounded.

The Ministry added that many victims remain trapped under rubble or on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

The Israeli enemy continues its genocidal war of destruction in the Gaza Strip through ongoing massacres against civilians and aid seekers, along with systematic starvation operations that have persisted since last March after the closure of border crossings and the imposition of a strict blockade on the entry of aid to the enclave’s population.
