Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc Member, MP Hassan Ezzeddine speech

• “Some in the country are still placing their hopes on the outside, on the Americans and the z*onist entity. Their bets remain as misguided and losing as they were in the past.”

• “This country cannot function without consensus and understanding. No matter how much a certain party tweets or a certain minister breaks away from the national consensus, the truth remains; Lebanon is governed by an internal equation that no one can bypass.”

• “No one can eliminate anyone else in this country. We do not accept to be eliminated, and no side can override this component—this national duo that has always prioritized Lebanon’s highest interests.”

• “There are those who thought that what happened to the resistance in recent months amounted to its defeat. But they are delusional and betting on illusions.”

• “The resistance is still carrying out its responsibilities. It succeeded in preventing the enemy from reaching its objectives—from occupying Lebanon, from reaching the Litani River.”

• “This resistance has the wisdom and courage to make the right decision at the right moment.”

On zion*st Aggression and Government Responsibility:

• “The recent zion*st airstrikes, particularly the heavy raids on Nabatieh and the attack on Kfar Dajjal that killed three members of one family, are part of the ongoing aggression against Lebanon.”

• “The government must take national responsibility. Instead of caving to US and French pressures, it should be the one applying pressure—on the international actors who once guaranteed previous understandings.”

• “We are not the ones who should be under pressure. It’s the government that must take action. It must have enough courage and resilience to face these pressures and fulfill its national and moral duty: to push the enemy out of our occupied lands.”

• “The ministerial statement that this government received a vote of confidence for is clear: it emphasizes the need to use all available political, diplomatic, security, and military tools to achieve this goal.”

• “We call for wide diplomatic action. The Foreign Ministry must file an urgent complaint with the UN Security Council, summon the ambassadors of the concerned countries, and submit a formal protest over these repeated crimes.”

• “These are the least steps that can be taken to prove the state is standing with its people as they face this aggression.”
