KC-135 tankers and F-35 fighter jets were seen over the UK earlier today as they headed toward West Asia.

Reports indicate that twelve F-35s are traveling in three groups, each consisting of four aircraft.

According to Reuters, which cited US officials, these military deployments are intended to “provide Trump with options” in the region.
