During their recent meeting, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (Yemen Genocide) reportedly told Lebanese President Joseph Aoun that aid money is contingent on three key conditions:

1) Compliance with international resolutions,

2) Implementation of major reforms and

3) Ensuring funds do not reach Hezbollah.
