“By Allah, brothers, the situation here is terrible and very difficult.
The bulldozers have destroyed the town, and the sound of explosions and demolitions doesn’t stop.
There are people who haven’t left their homes for days and can’t even go to the shops to buy anything.
Some don’t even have money because all work has stopped.
I don’t know if the world knows or not what’s been happening here for the past six days.”
