Hardcore ‘Israeli’ Finance Minister minister Bezalel Smotrich challenges France and the guarantor countries of the ceasefire agreement, stating that “it should be clear to the French and Lebanese that Israel will not wait for any mechanism and will maintain its freedom of military action in Lebanon.”
Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation has once again violated the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon.
On Saturday night, Israeli artillery shelling resumed, targeting the town of Khiam with around four to five shells.
Our correspondent reported that on the fourth consecutive day of Israeli violations of the ceasefire, occupation forces launched a drone strike on the town of Rub al-Thalathin, killing two people and injuring two others. Israeli warplanes also targeted the outskirts of al-Baysarieh and al-Naqoura.
In Aitaroun, a border village, the Israeli occupation forces advanced toward its eastern outskirts, besieging a recently returned family before withdrawing after setting a vehicle on fire.
Despite these escalating Israeli violations, the Resistance has shown restraint, and the Lebanese people continue to return to their villages in the South, demonstrating resilience in the face of continued Israeli aggression.
