In a press release, the committee stated that since the war began, Israeli officials have publicly endorsed policies that deprive Palestinians of essential necessities needed for survival, including food, water, and fuel.

The report’s findings —that Israel deliberately withholds aid from Gaza, uses starvation as a weapon of war, and is reckless in causing civilian casualties —are consistent with previous condemnations from the UN and humanitarian organizations regarding Israel’s war conduct.
