In an initial toll, 6 martyrs have ascended and 15 people were injured in an IOF airstrike targeting a home housing displaced people in the Aramoun town in Mount Lebanon.

The child, Elia Ali Musa Qasir, from the town of Deir Qanoun, in southern Lebanon was martyred in the massacre.

The number of martyrs that ascended in the IOF massacre that targeted the town of Joun in the Chouf district last night has risen to 20, including women and children, with six people still missing.

‘Israeli’ warplanes targeted a house sheltering displaced families, turning the site into a scene of destruction and death. Search and rescue operations are still ongoing.

The Israeli occupation has killed 3,287 people in Lebanon since October last year and injured 14,222 more.

The IOF has escalated its bombardment campaigns in recent months to include the capital Beirut and several regions in northeastern Lebanon.

The IOF also announced the commencement of phase 2 of its alleged ‘ground operation’ in South Lebanon, as the Resistance in Lebanon continues to successfully repel the Israeli invading forces.
