In the past 24 hours, Israeli airstrikes in northern Bekaa have killed 113 people, according to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent who was reporting from the area. 
The relentless bombardment has also left more than 500 wounded, overwhelming local medical facilities. Intensive care units in hospitals are reported to be operating at full capacity, with limited resources to handle the surge of casualties as the Israeli aggression continues.
