The count of  killed people in Lebanon since 7 October 2023 exceeds 564. This number includes: 
– 393 martyrs from Hezbollah.
– 88 civilian martyrs.
– 19 Amal movement martyrs.
– 7 Islamic Group martyrs.
– 2 Syrian National Social Party martyrs.

The martyrs also include:
– 3 journalists.
– 10 Islamic Health Commission paramedics.
– 4 Al-Risala Scouts paramedics.
– 7 Islamic Group paramedics.

The number of martyrs also includes 11 Palestinian martyrs, 18 Syrian martyrs, and one Iranian martyr.

The number of injured exceeded 1848, and over 110,000 people have been displaced due to the war in the south. Additionally, a large number of areas, particularly in border towns, have been completely destroyed – Resistance News Network.
