The surveillance activity is being led by UNIFIL forces in south Lebanon, which for years have been accused of acting on behalf of Israeli interests.  French and Spanish radars installed by UNIFIL in the south of Lebanon are being used to target the resistance on behalf of Israel, Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar reported on 15 August.
