On 15 August 2015, four civilians were killed, including 3 children and 9 women were injured, with two being critical. Four homes were destroyed in the raids, while nearby homes were damaged.
In Sadah, two civilians were killed, and two were injured in Saudi-led coalition airstrike.

15 August 2016: Attack on MSF run Abs Hospital, Hajjah, killing 19 people. (UN Panel of Experts Report, January 2017)
This is the fourth attack against an MSF facility in less than 12 months.
The blast immediately killed nine people, including an MSF staff member. Two patients died while being transferred to Al Jamhouri hospital. Five patients remain hospitalised. Abs hospital, supported by MSF since July 2015, was partially destroyed. All remaining patients and staff have been evacuated. The location of the hospital was well known, and the hospital’s GPS coordinates were repeatedly shared with all parties to the conflict, including the Saudi-led coalition – MSF report.

A body was set up by Saudi-led forces to probe the airstrikes on school in Sadah and the Abs hospital. The Saudi-led coalition was tasked to investigate its own crimes – Reuters report.
Following the body’s release of the investigation findings, MSF countered energetically.

On 15 August 2018, six civilians, including women and children, were killed while seven civilians sustained injury in the bombing of the Hajjah governorate. The coalition continued bombing Sadah, al Jawf, and Jizan, a southern Saudi governoate in multiple strikes – Yaman Yoon report.

A child was shot at and critically wounded by Saudi-paid militias in Taiz governorate – Yaman Yoon report.
