11 August 2019, the morning of Eid al-Adha.
Death toll: 11 civilians, including seven children and two women, and 17 wounded, including six children and five women.
The coalition aircraft dropped four bombs on the village of al-Samwil, Mustaba District, Hajjah governorate. The first bomb hit a civilian car in the yard of a house. After about 7 minutes, two other bombs fell about 50 meters from the house, striking those who had survived, who had gathered under a tree after the first bomb hit. The fourth bomb hit a car for paramedics near the house. The attack killed 11 civilians, including seven children and two women, and wounded 17 others, including six children and five women.
The family members who were then treated at the MSF-supported Abs Rural Hospital. It was the largest influx of civilians wounded in a single day since MSF started working at the hospital in 2015.

On 11 August 2015, in Sadah, six civilians, including a little girl and a woman, were injured, and one civilian was killed in an incessant Saudi-led coalition bombing of family homes.
The coalition carried out 6 air raids on Dhayhan and bombed the area of Bani Sayeh with more than 45 missiles.
N Hajjah, an immigrant Somali woman was injured as a result of Saudi bombing.
The raids continued in Mareb.
On 11 August 2018, the Saudi-led warplanes carried out two raids on the Al Thriah in the district of Suhar, damaging and destroying civilian infrastructure.
Residential areas in the bordering districts of Baqam, Al Thaher, Shada, and Razih were subjected to rocket and artillery shells, causing extensive damage to homes and property of civilians.
In Hodeidah, Saudi Air Forces launched two airstrikes on the east of Hays district.
