The strikes killed at least 25 civilians, including one woman and three children, and wounded at least 18 civilians.

The bomb hit the prison’s mosque, at the corner of the prison compound, collapsing the structure. The second bomb struck minutes later, hitting the home of Omar Ali Farjain, about 50 meters (164 feet) from the prison, killing his wife and three of their children. The strike injured Farjain and his daughter, Maryam, 5, who was left with burns and metal fragments in her head.[69] The blast ripped the façade off the building and incinerated the family’s car parked in front.
