“The Palestinian Health Ministry says Israel waits up to three days before responding to exit requests, leading to rapid deterioration in patient conditions to the point of death. The organisation has urged the Israeli military to accelerate its response times to these requests,” PHRI said.

Physicians for Human Rights-Israel (PHRI) has said that only 430 Palestinians out of some 50,000 wounded have been transferred so far to Egypt.
