Massive electricity corruption in the Yemeni areas under the control of the US UK Saudi Arabia-led coalition

The volume of the government’s annual spending on electricity exceeds $1 billion, but the operating rate does not exceed 40% of the actual need for electricity.
Activists believe that the “government” uses astronomical numbers regarding the operation of electricity, and that if it is actually proven that the government spends nearly a billion dollars annually, then an immediate investigation is required.

Despite the daily protests, which demand the provision of electricity services in Aden and the rest of the Yemeni regions under the control of the coalition, the government has not been able to provide solutions through which it can contribute to resolving the electricity crisis.
